I use 2 mods to track it nowadays. ForteExorcist tracks the internal cooldown of the last Eclipse I proc'd and I use PowerAuras to show a different graphic and timer for each Eclipse. It's not as much of an "install and go" set-up as most others are, but I find a lot nicer to look at that way.

The method of display on S&A is far cleaner then the others I have tried in all this fiasco.
Celd has mentioned that it has been fixed in another thread so I will be dropping all the others in favor of S&A once again.

I use DoTimer. You can use the Notifications module to create timers to track the internal Cooldowns.
I've tried many timer addons over the years, and nothing beats DoTimer's functionality. HOWEVER.... the config for it is... sadistic. Learning to customise it to it's full potential is like being stabbed in the brain. As such, I don't recommend it to people. Unless you are a UI junkie and a little bit masochistic, don't use DoTimer :-P

This is going to sound crazy, but I use Roguepowerbars. I have a rogue alt, and all you do is add whatever buffs/debuffs you want it to show for each toon and it will work. I just have it to show me that I have an eclipse proc and it counts down for you. I like seeing the number countdown too, because I can time when to refresh my DoTs the most efficiently way possible.
As for DoTimers, I have also tried that, and it's a complete and udder mess to deal with. The first time you install is and try and use it, you will literally see every single raid member's DoTs and it will just make you even more confused. Don't know how to even change it, so I gave up on it.

The thing I like most about S&A is that it shows you which Eclipse is on CD rather then a general CD for both. If the fecal matter hits the air circulation device that type of thing is good to have as a reminder once things get back under control.

I use SquawkandAwe. It was broken after the patch, but I updated it today and it tracks eclipses just fine.
