About to get into raid healing; What Should I Spend My Badges On?

Hi-

So I am about to start raiding as a tree with a guild that is clearing 10 man HMs and starting 25man Heroics.

I'm sitting on 63 Conquest, 45 Triumph, and 15 Frost badges.
14k Honor and ~350 arena pts.

Please ignore the spec/mix of gear I am in. The only resto pieces I have are the caster things I am wearing now, plus two piece Deadly Glad (Chest/Gloves).

My question is, what can I spend my badges on to provide the greatest upgrade? I desperately need a helm and bracers, but I know that T9 4pc is a amazing bonus to have for RDruids, so the Triumphs on that helm? I'm a little lost.
