I am unsure what this post is supposed to accomplish or describe since it rambles somewhat and lacks a cohesive thread through it, but Parry Hasting the boss is mostly dead now.
I don't like it personally since there is a problem with initial threat (or was, at any rate) but I can certainly see that becoming less of an issue as a fight continues.
TL;DR: if you want to DW tank, give it a shot. Just know YMMV.

well... i'm just starting with DW tanking... and i'll get two
, gem with stam and enchant with the new chant and see how it works. Right now i'm tanking with one poor and slow dps on main-hand and fast tanking weapon on off-hand.

Peacemaker? Not if you can avoid it.... Fast tanking weapons were only useful because we didn't have SSG for DW tanking, and you needed the tanking stats from weapons like Peacemaker. Now that we have the new rune, you don't need tanking stats on the weapons themselves, and should absolutely use slow DPS weapons (runed for defense if needed). This will give better threat and lower your expertise requirements. Aledar's Battlestar, Tankard O' Terror, or the slow weapons off Anub10 are all great weapons for this.

How exactly does DWing lower how much Expertise you need?

Absolutely wrong. One of the, and in my opinion the greatest benefit from DW tanking is a large gain of avoidance from actually having tanking stats on two weapons.
What's going to be more beneficial? An extra 200 damage output by a DPS weapon for a marginal increase in TPS from RS, or two tank weapons (have you seen the new ilvl 232+?, amazing stats) that give loads of STAM Dodge Parry and DEF? Any tank should see the difference.
Taking DPS weapons as a tank for threat purposes only is a terrible idea.
If you're DW tanking and need a DPS weapon to keep threat up just stop while your ahead.

yeah i agree. The biggest advantage of being dw frost is the avoidance increase you gain. why gimp it just so you can be DW? honestly blood is the easy route for tanking. you get higher hp (which everyone uses to base how good you are >_>), you only have to get 1 drop for your tanking weapon, you don't have to worry much about hitcaps, and your threat is higher. Why switch to DW if your gonna gimp the only reason for going frost DW?
okay you gain one other advantage....aoe tanking is easier. but your weapons aren't what's holding agro in that situation
