Same thing happened for me, and I'm running Dell
From WoW-support:
Reconfigure the Game From Within the Game
(This may cause the game to run less smoothly, though will work around the issue. The best solution for this issue is to get an updated driver.)
If you can enter the game, please login on any character, and type the command on the following line into the chat for any character:
/console fixedFunction 1
If this works, you will receive no feedback. Please exit the game and try again.

So I just entered the slash command and restarted WoW and it worked.
Although -- good luck getting on now.
