BigRedKitty was a very good one (you can still look up his videos on youtube). everything from hunter basics to raid techniques, BRK most likely has a video on it. He no longer does World of Warcraft blogging, but his videos are still there.
Kripparian recently started a youtube page, he doesn't have a whole lot videos but from what I have seen so far he is one of the most meticulous hunters I have ever seen (just watch how he moves his character even!) You can learn a lot from that. He also posts on these forums every once in a while.
There are a lot of blogs out there for hunters, you just have to look a little. If you have any questions about hunters, just post on this forum and we should have an answer for ya :) .
