I was wondering if some1 could mention some really good addons for keeping track of diseases. Pref bars of somekind.

I use two addons that can track the diseases.
Quartz and DoTimer.
After using Quartz for a long time on various chars I got DoTimer e it seems to be more "clear" and a lot configurable.
Plus... for procs like Killing Machine and Rime I use PowerAura.

NeedToKnow is the only mod you'll ever need for this.
It tracks everything and I swear by it.

DKi Diseases / DKi Runes is very visual and configurable for both diseases and runes.
If you are using a Glyph of Disease build, it can also track AP of your applied diseases versus your current AP to see if you want to re-apply them.
That is really an awesome addon. If you want to use a dedicated disease and rune tracking addon you will probably find none better.
If you want a configurable addon that is also useful to other characters then DoTimers will also get the job done.

After trying this addon, I must say: Thanks alot. This addon is basicaly all I needed. Nice and easy bars, which one can configure to ones taste. May it be buff or a debuff.
Only bad thing is that it takes some space for it to function, might not be the best alternative for a slower computer.

I've been a proponent of NTK since TBC when it was first launched. I used it on my Rogue and absolutely fell in love.
A new author has picked it up recently and is addressing the space concern and adding a couple of new features. His update on WoW Interface has already included the ability to track multiple things on the same line.
But I am glad to have introduced you to it. It's really an amazing mod.

I also use (and love) NeedToKnow, but I'm finding it very unreliable about tracking diseases. It does not respect the "only show if cast by self" option; the bars always show the maximum time remaining on ANY death knight's diseases on the target.
Any ideas on this?

NTK had this problem when Ulduar first came out due to a change in how the Blizzard API checks ownership of a debuff. The author(s) fixed it very quickly.
Mine works just fine for only my diseases. Please update yours to the
NeedToKnow Updated version on WoWInterface
and see if that fixes it.
