Tanking: Druid Vs Paladin

Hopefully this will not turn into a flamewar, but here goes:
I have both a druid and paladin that are currently level 80. When 3.3 hits, I plan to be a tank. I just don't know who to gear. Both are in sufficient gear to tank heroics without fearing for their health, so I will be able to pick up a full t9 set in relatively no time. My question is, which is better? I'm mixed on my opinions, druids are definitively easier to play without their positional requirement, but paladins are great too, and I have no problem excelling at and informing myself for either.
I just want you guys' (gals') opinion. Which do you prefer as a tank when you're DPSing, healing, all-around?
Thanks in advance :]

Both can tank fine, Paladins are a bit more versatile since they have shields. Paladins are easier to DPS with, Druids are better healers (though they generally fill a different niche).
My primary alt is a Prot pally, and I have a Druid that's almost 79. I prefer tanking on the Pally.

Pick the one you like more. They're both fine tanks, healers, and dps.

Higher HP is not necessary an advantage for togc anub ;)
No, but the much higher armor values are amazing for surviving the insane tank damage he does in P3.

Druids can make excellent MTs for a guild.
Here's
a blog post showing how a druid tank is potentially far superior to any other class for MTing ToGC25 Anub. Same thing with Gormok's Impale ticks, especially if you're working on a 2-tank rotation.
Druids have very typically been MTs for encounters simply because they're the ones that can best "deal with" large amounts of damage (simply due to high health pools). Their lack of block (and general avoidance for that matter) makes them less ideal for OTing than Paladins or Warriors, where the OT usually deals with smaller ads, or simply less overall damage.

Both can do all 3 jobs well, so it's up to you.
Personally I would tank with the Paladin and Heal with the Druid.
