I'm sure they'll do the same for Gnome priests, even though that's really hard to explain. ("we saw the Dwarves doing it and it looked cool, what?")They're going to start up the 'Church of the Grand Idea'? Heh, merely throwing it out there.

This makes sense, lore-wise. Draenei warlocks do not. ALL Draenei who have used fel magic have become corrupted. All of them. Even the ones who were just NEAR it for too long devolved into Broken.

The end is corruption and the Naaru wouldn't allow it. Blizzard would have to either (probably) retcon or be incredibly creative to allow draenei warlocks.Indeed. The Draenei have living embodiments of the Light at their side now; if any of their kind willingly walked to the Fel power, the Naaru would get the Prophet to force them out. Plus well.. think about it; between Draenor and Argus, the Exiles have seen the worst of the fel magic used in almost every way, why would they pick it up again?

Aye well interesting..... from what it says in Rise of the Horde, most of the Eredar were man'ari'ed right off the back, as it's said when Velen touched the crystal, he saw monster(demons) in the place of his friends and allies. But yeah, they say the Broken ones fell due to whatever was in the gas that the Horde used during the Battle for Shattrah, and over time, the fel energy in Outland began to affect others, transforming them as well, with the Lost ones those who lost all humanity.

Blizz didn't just "make up 'lore'" for any of the new class/race combinations. The existing lore fully supports their presence. The only ones I'd say are a bit of a stretch, MAYBE, are Tauren Pallys and Gnome priests. And even then, for Tauren pallys they've implemented it well by not making up lore, but using existing lore.Actually, there
is
some
new
(I won't say "made up," as it's all fantasy) lore for the Sunwalkers; it's just connected to what was already there.
And as for troll druids...well, let's say that if there's
no
new lore, I'll be disappointed. None of the loa-priests have druidic abilities.
Long story short: Lore should not be static. It should be able to grow. The new race/class combinations, with any luck, are evidence.
And if you're going to be picky, lore never says anywhere that Draenei priests cannot be shadow. Shadow magic is NOT fel magic, it's nothing close to it. Technically it's using the Light to create shadows, and then taken advantage of those shadows to deal vengeance and retribution down upon their enemies. This is true. "No draenei shadow priests" is basically widely-accepted fan theory. However, there are just as many fan theories circulating around that attempt to
justify
spooky anchorites. (Among other things, it's been suggested that they may have been Auchenai initiates who managed to escape with their sanity.)
And in regards to the "eredar mutation theory," I think you forgot to mention the further mutation of man'ari into wrathguards (and possibly doomguards).

Their over all leaders are Kazzak and his replacement in the Blasted Lands.

No, both of those are their own demon races, check it out on wowwiki under the Burning Legion. Their over all leaders are Kazzak and his replacement in the Blasted Lands.According to both WoWWiki and the game, wrathguards
are
eredar.
Doomguards are "ered'ruin." There's no word on whether or not the similarity in terms (and some similar physical traits, including, on occasion, facial tendrils) is a coincidence. But fan theory—at least—has it that it's not.
In other words, no new lore on Trolls, just kicking the Shatterspear into action.Considering that that was all we
knew
about the Shatterspear, having them be druidic
is
new lore.

OK, it might go against lore (or not)... but how hot would a female Draenei warlock look running around with a succubus? They'd look a lot alike, in fact. It's got my vote.
