You don't have 600 mp5. You have 600 regen. The lower number is your mp5.
Secondly, Band of the Invoker has spirit. Spirit is completely useless. If you want more haste, keep Heartmender Circle and start ignoring socket bonuses to get more haste from pure haste gems. (Just keep one red and one blue for your meta.)

When you're finishing boss fights with lots of mana to spare then you have too much mana. The rule of thumb is you want to be using every last drop of mana you have, while using all your cooldowns such as mana potion, mana tide, even the mana-reducing abilities. Obviously you want to have a little bit more than the bare minimum, but after that just go for throughput (haste and spellpower).
And yeah, spirit is a waste of stats on a resto shaman.

Just throwing out a guess, but going by your profile, you have enough mp5. You'll get more as your gear gets better, but you never stack it exclusively. (IE, those 10 mp5 gems aren't very useful.)
And, as the person that probably wrote the sticky, the stats are just a general guideline, not a measuring stick of awesome. They also depend on the encounter you're doing. In fact, the more set in your style that you get as you get more raid experience, the more the sticky loses its value.

Ok so mp5 or regen is the first stat i should concentrate on, then Haste?
Is there too much mp5 or regen?
Stats are basically this way for non-spam shaman healers.
Before you have a comfortable mana pool-
Int>SP>Haste>Crit>Mp5
After you have a comfortable mana pool-
SP>Haste>Int>Crit>mp5
After you get >2k SP (With comfortable mana pool)-
Haste>SP>Int>Crit>mp5
(If you didn't notice, spirit is not on this list at all. This is because spirit is useless for shaman. This is the reason that an item with spirit should only seriously be considered if there is no alternative, or the stats are mind blowing level awesome.)
Once you have enough mana, you make your heals hit harder. Once your heals hit hard enough, you want to cast faster. After that, your upgrades to stats like mp5, crit and later int and SP come just from gear upgrades.
The more haste you have, the higher you will want your mana pool to naturally be, so haste stacking comes after you're comfortable with your mana.
