well based on your achievements i'm assuming your current 10man is ulduar. i wouldn't base it on heroics because 1) 90% of your damage is coming from trash. Base it on your ulduar raiding atm. very little thrash and nice long dps fights.
your hit rating needs work...your almost 4% short of hit cap but your expertise is .25% over cap so your okay there. your gonna be losing dps in ulduar due to your attacks being dodged so i'd gem/enchant for hit. your gear looks good you just need a few more emblem pieces or uld10 upgrades. decently geared blood dks in uld10 do around 3.5-4.5k dps. if your pulling more around 5k your doing pretty good. the only other advice i'd give you is start farming some money and upgrade your gems. obviously not in your ilvl 200 pieces but in something your not gonna upgrade for awhile.
