This build uses HB and BB for AOE tanking and can hold threat on Single Target using OB. I've added the HB glyph, as in my opinion the extra GCD you get by not having to apply FF then use a rune for no damage but to just spread the disease (Pest) is priceless. For single target you can set up as HB>OB>BS>BS||OB>OB>OB||OB>OB>BS>BS (repeat) and rely on the rime procs to keep FF up, while using FS to dump when you need to. For AOE tanking, HB>BB>BB should cement the mobs on you. If you need a bit more, drop the last BB in that rotation and put up DnD instead.
Although it doesn't have the pure Effective Heath as Blood does, it makes up for such a lack by taking less damage and having more avoidance. In all, a very effective spec.

can you please explan this to me i dont know what PS is or BS and what RP Dump or HoW is
HoW : Horn of Winter
PS: Plague Strike
BS: Blood Strike
RP Dump: Attack spell that uses Runic power (That blue bar under your health). For Unholy and Blood spec it is Death Coil (DC) and for Frost spec is it Frost Strike (FS).
EDIT: Further clarification.
For most abbreviations you can take a quick look at your spell book and find the first letter of each word in the spell and derive the abbreviation for it that way.

okay thanks i understand now. one qustion why dont you ever use BB?
Blood Boil is used in AoE situations. On single target Blood Strike is much more effective.

turtlerace10: The question is, are you having any problems? Are you holding threat? Are you too squishy for the healers you play with? Even if you are holding threat are the DPS you play with holding back in order to not pull off you?
If you arent having these kinds of problems then you dont need to change anything.
If/When you do start running into some issues, such as DPS pulling aggro off of you fairly easily, there are some things you can tweak without doing a major overhaul.
The easiest thing to tweak would be your rotation. You have
Tundra Stalker
and
Glyph of Howling Blast
but you arent really taking advantage of that in your rotation, specifically in AoE situations.
HB -> D&D -> BB -> PS -> Pest
Personally I would change out your Glyph of Frost Strike with Glyph of Obliterate.

My tank spec is this. Using this, I hold both AoE and single target aggro perfectly fine on heroics, though some people say Frost tank builds shoudn't involve Morbidity, so you may switch it to full Bladed Armor and Scent of Blood.
Hi Kapucha, I realize you werent looking for critique on your setup...but for you and any other curious DK tank I might suggest one thing.
First off, a good and bad part of DK tanking is simply creating the spec, with sooooo many viable talents / builds etc very rarely is there a wrong way to do it...
Having said that, as a tank, you should never have points into
Runic Power Mastery
. Never. You should never be at 100 RP for more than a GCD or so, let alone 130. If you are finding yourself sitting around with all that RP, you probably dont have Rune Strike macro'd to enough abilities.
