Besides why don't you ditch the Mercs gaming side and work around the W A D movements.
Alternatively, if you only have a single modifier button, get a more-than-three-button mouse. There are a ton out there and they're really not that expensive.

Anything I should change on the UI. I really would like a differnet look for it.

When asking UI advice, you will be swamped with 500 different peoples views so be prepared. If the layout works for you, don't worry to much about it.
If you find yourself fumbling around for keys and bars, or information isn't readable in it's current state, then make the moves.
Druid setup
Paladin setup.
Both of these setups work for me. They are nothing fancy, but they allow me to see all I need to be effective. Some addons are faded out until hot-key or mouse over actions, but you get the idea.

Well, you don't need both Grid and Decursive. You can set Grid up to show who has a curse/poison on them, or any debuff that exists in the game. As Desprez said, there's no point in having extra information in other places because it'll cause you to stop focusing on one thing (that may be more important) and focus on another section.
When I'm raiding for example, it looks like
this
. I have the option to show healing numbers turned off because it's 100% useless and as said, it's unnecessary information. I usually have the party frames turned off as well for raids.
If you want a UI that best suits you, try looking through the
Post Your UIs!
thread until you find one you like, then ask which addons the person is using.
Oh thats awsome looking. Makes it a little less cluttered which is what annoys me the most.

When you were looking at sp, you were counting trinket for 125sp, right? (since it is up 100% time I don't see a reason not to count it)
Gemming on this druid is far away from optimal. If I decide to get this guy back in shape I need to regem for mostly pure SP and switch meta to the one that restores mana on cast - that should give me enough mana regen for TOGC, at this moment I can see how I may behaving some issues.
No matter how good ilvl226 gear is, it will always have less sp and total stats value than the ilvl245 gear. I haven't seen a ilvl245 piece of gear that would have less stats than mine.
Just for you to compare, here is link to a geared resto druid for current content:

Quite a difference, don't you think? ;)
Comparing my druid to the one you posted, bear in mind I am 300 WH gears points lower than him, but in ToGC, is raw power > longetivity? I haven't healed much ToGC. I've only joined a 10man pug once where the raid leader failed to bring high enough DPS'ers. Just those fews failed attempts at beasts, it felt like longevitity was of greater importance than raw power.
