Clicking players frames and using the default UI is not going to cause a huge difference in his HPS or overall healing.
I don't agree. Sure, as long as you stick to the WG / Rejuv rotation there will be little difference since the GCD is more then enough time to select the next target. The problem is that any deviation from that rotation (meaning: any reaction to actual raid damage taken) will be significantly delayed. If the healing assign does cover spot heals then this will be a major loss of hps. It depends on the healing assign really and from what he wrote I do not expect his assign to be "blanket the raid".
Also the default raid frames make it basically impossible to track things like who has Rejuv already and how much time is left on it. The result will be people without Rejuv and Rejuvs that get clipped which is a major hps loss, too. An addon that shows active HoTs and remaining durations in an easily accessible way is necessary for effective Druid healing and I don't see any way to achieve that with the default raid frames.

OK that might be the problem I am partly using the default raid frames and partly using healbot. I have keybound Rejuve wild growth and Regrowth to the right midle and left buttons of my mouse for healbot and Lifebloom/Nourish/swiftmend is 1 2 and 3 on my keyboard.
I am normaly assigned to off tank/raid as a second offtank healer so I focus the off tank and normaly have him targeted anyway while I keep lifebloom and rejuv on him of coarse leting it tick down and bloom. while trying to keep up rejuv and wild growth on the raid. I even go so far as to try and think ahead of aoe abilites to get rejuv on everyone before it happens.
If anyone knows some good addons for healing to use? heck even a really good UI build for druids. I will have to link what my screen looks like latter when I get home to see if you guys can help at all.
Edit: I also have decursive

Then I don't get why I don't have it. Note I know I have hit gear working on replacing it. but I have only 2200 buffed.
and It wouldn't be bad if I was healing half as much in TOGC I healed half as much in TOC 10. I just can't pull 2k+ HPS I try everything I can
Edit: Anyway I think I got a good setup but does anyone know like a mouseover setup for healing clicking and healing takes a bit of extra time that I would like to keep for alive people. Macro for it so I can use it on grid or anything?

Get Grid and Clique.
Set up your HoT indicators. (Read netstormer's post in the thread he linked, or jump straight to
Treebarkjacket
and read that.
also I did thats why I want a mouseover addon so all I do is move over and press buttons

If you are using Grid + Clique, you have a mouse-over and click addon. Before we troll any farther into this. I'd say give an updated UI shot doing it's thing. Give us something we can see during a 5-man or other raid encounter.
These add-ons can be customized a great deal, and I have a feeling you didn't explore the options of what they are capable of doing.

I have since got the clique working and it works great exept for the fact that I only can use shift on my current keyboard setup.

Clique is not that awesome for Druids, we have way too many spells. I at least run out of mouse buttons to bind stuff to.
I prefer mouseover macros. Having them on 1-5, Q, E, F gives a LOT more flexibility then 3 mouse buttons. In the end it's personal preference. Both is valid ... it's just that I think click healing suits Paladins and Shamans better (less spells to cast) while mouseover macro healing is perfect for Druids and Priests (way more spells to cast then mouse buttons).

Then can you help with mouseover macro because after a bit of consideration its that I take to long to get out the heals thats the problem. I have to look and then click then hit the button I need something thats along the line of just point and press would help me alot.

I broke my wrist 5 times as a kid. 3 times it was my left hand and 2 is my right. It's really hard to move my fingers really quick on the right hand because the last time I messed up one of the tendons that help control my finger movements or at least thats what I am told
Edit thank you these will be very helpfull.
edit again: And one of the reasons is because my keyboard has no alt or CTRL key on my zmerc setup for wow so I can't keybind Clique to use CTRL or Alt codes just Shift. which makes it hard to right and left click bosses or interact with people.
