Is stance dancing and weapon swapping necessary?

I'm wanting to roll a sort of berserker class you know charge into the fray sort of melee class. I've started a warrior, but is stance dancing and weapon swapping macros, like a stick and shield for spell reflect then switching back to a 2h, necessary for warrior pvp? because honestly just thinking about that makes me want to vomit.

If you don't want to make macros, don't do it, but you will have to manually swap your weapons, and you will have to stance dance, for Intercept, Recklessness, Pummel and some other things... Stance dancing is the warriors' trademark, if you hate it, don't roll a warrior because you'll hate him. Or go prot pvp because they don't have to stance dance as much as arms (but they still have to).

it is crucial, no macro/weaponswapping/dancestancing and you'll be pretty useles in PvP.
In PvE stancedncing isn't needed.

You must have a shield equipped to use Spell Reflect.

Wel, in arena and especiely duels their's no change to win anything without it, just learn it, it ain't that hard seriously.
Taking a rogue in a duel, you CANT win if your going the berserker way.
I let them cheapshot me and hope for a little window to pop shieldwall(means I already use a shield+being in defstance, if I succeed the damage I take is minimal, I just turn around and try to rend him+shied block+revenge, at this point he starts taking 4k revengecrits in the face+he bleeds+he can barely tough me because of shieldblock. trinket blind and if he sprints a fast stanceswap+charge, slow him again, equip that 2-hander and OP spam him.
Al can be keybinded so it's pretty easy to use.
