In my opinion, the real problem with pornography is that it has at its core a very intrinsic ability to stunt intimacy and weaken emotional and physical expression of oneself. To quote Robert Jensen in his article 'A Pornographic World ': What goes on in my body sexually is the result of not just what I think and feel in the moment, but a lifetime of training and experience. I wish I could neatly segregate and eliminate not only the effects of my past pornography use but the effects of all the ugly sexist training....
and it goes on in a similar vein. I pick that quote because I think it makes a very poignant observation about the way we are, in that we are not just what we feel right this minute but the culmination of all of our experiences.
Personally, I loathe pornography. Not because it is immoral, but because of the way it makes me
feel
. Like some kind of vapid crutch to real human interaction, which only numbs my reception of real (tangible) sexuality.

Seeing as I don't want to read through what is, judging by the second page, going to be a cesspool of confusion, I will just say this.
Some people, albeit a vast minority, watch (or read, if that's your thing) porn due to wanting to know what it (sex) is like, even if it is a shade of the true thing. These people may also want to be prepared for when they do have sex, and I will not go into the details.
Family friendly, right?
But then again, porn can be a vastly immoral thing due to the raging $%^&wits proclaiming how amazing it is and how it will end all of your problems in life, and forcing their beliefs upon others. This is a stereotype, and to a vast degree also, but I have seen it happen. It is a main topic of discussion in my local jr/sr high school. The majority of the people there do it for the latter reasoning.
Porn can swing onto either side of the spectrum, and I'm not one to judge (oh god who am I kidding). Hopefully this isn't a massive cluster!@#$ of retardation, seeing as I'm trying to say this all to a degree of reasonableness.
I'm horny at other times besides while watching porn
I'd be surprised if there was anyone that wasn't.
