It does, the law is laid based on the majority , if you don't like it leave.Right and wrong are personal opinions which is why we rely on the majority , for example I may see theft as correct (i don't though) and its my opinion , if most of the people on earth agreed then it would be legal but since they don't its illegal and I will still be prosecuted on it.That has nothing to do with porn though Laginging. Pornography is seen as a legitimate business venture, they have their own versions of the awards shows, the stars and starlets do the late night shows..... it's all completely above the board.

Sudden nudism would cause side-effects such as: rapes, sexual harassment, embarassment etc...
It would only be problem of ~one generation though.
But whole world is already starting to allow nudity. Like clothing which has become more and more revealing. The process is going to be slow, but it won't have the same negative side-effects(determined earlier). No it will; there are certain people who feel if a woman wears anything; from a straight on granny dance to a two piece micro-bikini, their asking for it. It's people who will react, and those that do rape and harass, already do so, so it's not like this new thing is going to be an upswing. As for embarrassment; only if your embarrassed of your body or looking at others. I'd admit to blushing, but I'm a shy person, so that's just a natural occurrence for me.

Immigrants, coming from a culture where "sexual" clothing is strictly prohibted; to a culture where everybody is allowed to dress more "sexually", have very high rape and sexual harassment ratio...... That's more they aren't willingly to report it as they would have to go to the police, and a lot of them come from countries where they don't trust them. However, rape occurs across all aspects of life and culture, and so does harassment, so saying everyone is naked will make both those crimes increase is a personal opinion only.

It wouldn't melt there brains but the child mind has trouble handling sex, it confuses it, which is why for example kids see the other sex as "icky" and find kissing "weird" until a certain age.
You are failing to consider that this might be because society programs them to act as such.

Animals rapeAnimals rut. They are more controlled by their base instincts, that's why when a new male lion takes over a pride he kills off all the young to force all the females into heat. However, animals such as swans, herons, and a few others would debunk your little theory as they mate for life... unless it's rape everytime.
