Survival for heroics, not raids

Hi, I have recently hit L80 after leveling the whole way with a BM build. I think I want to step out of my comfort zone and try a SV build. I read that it was easier to start with SV than MM at entry level, and by that I mean heroics.
I was wondering how one would modify a typical survival cookie cutter raid build for use in regular 5mans or heroics? Raid builds often make assumptions, like top-end gear or raid buffs from other classes, that really do not apply to fresh L80's in i200 level gear. I find that I am better off assuming I will have no such buffs will be there in a 5man.
I know that gem/enchant emphasis should be on AGL instead of AP if I switch to the SV tree, but that's about it! I can look at the SV talents in cookie cutter builds, but I am not familiar enough to know what is/is not specific to raiding.
Thanks.

Here's the best beginning heroic spec can think of atm; assuming you're hit capped -
This
with 4 left over for whatever your preference is.
If you aren't hit capped, or even close, and your gear is sub-par this would probably be better -
This
with zero points leftover.
Yes, Agility all the way.
SV is only beaten by Marksmen in top gear, with all ArP on it. I personally prefer Survival over Marksmen so I just avoid loot with ArP on it unless it also has better agility.
GL to you and your heroic farming.

No need for 2/2 GftT, or 3/3 EA. Build could look like
this
if you're not hit capped. Put points into Sniper Training if you are.
Woops. Totally wasn't paying attention.
I don't run with 2/2 I swear xP
But yeah, everything else still stands.

Folks I had a question about some talents in the suggested heroic builds above.
Wyvern Sting seems like it could provide useful cc in raids, but I can't recall the last time I saw cc used in 5man heroics. Everyone wants to AOE! And Noxious Stings seems like a pvp ability. Are there dispels in heroics?
If there is some cool usage in heroics I am overlooking, please let me know. Several people suggested these talents, so they must be useful! I am just unfamiliar with the SV tree.
But... if the are perhaps less useful, what else might I take?
EDIT.. hmm maybe it's the wording... is the 3% damage from Noxious Sting always in effect on stung targets? If so, and it is totally independent of any dispel effect, then I can see why it is taken! Would someone clarify this please?

Marksmen beat Survival in top gear hmm in the papper maybe but its the player who beats another one, the 2 spec give high dps in raids so u go with what u feel like playing but i dont like to hear ppl saying this is better than this in my guild we are 4 hunters 2 SV 2 MM and u knwo what depending on the fight we top eachother but there is no supremacy (just so u know my gear isnt that good compared to the MM guys)
