Unable to Reset Password

I know and understand that Wowhead is only a fan site but seeing as how I cannot log in to the Official Forums I thought I would ask you guys for help with this issue.
This morning someone decided to ravage my account. I called support and they changed my email again as well as set out a password reset for me. As I attempted to reset my password I got the error
The ticket you entered is invalid or has expired. Please go back and reset your password again.
I messaged the man that helped me get my account back and he sent out another request for a reset. I tried time after time to reset my password only to receive the same error. By the time I tried calling again I had forgotten that they were closed for the night. I assume that the problem will continue after I call again today since they can not directly set a password via the phone.
Has anyone had or heard of this problem on the Battle.net site and, if so, have you heard of a way to resolve the issue?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Oh my. Now it would seem that my Death Knight has been logged into once more over 14 hours after my account was returned. I haven't even had a chance to compromise my information this time!

you can call them and ask them to reset the password for you to something random that can be mailed probley so you can change it when you get into the account management
another one I know did have the same problem, you try to use another browser? firefox is one that not like to work with security data
