ok im confused and no i have not had anything to drink or smoke..LMAO...but seriously a friend of mine has talked me into making a Enhance Shammy but with the BOA maces he said get and use right off the bat but some have told me that i could not cause i won't be able to dual wield till lvl 40+ im just wondering if this is true or not....cause if a Enhance Shammy is needed to attack fast then of course starting off with a 2H will seem pointless like i said just looking for the right info is all before i do so.

If you have the resources, just get the heirloom 2H axe and use it for the first 39 levels. After you've gotten dual-wield, pass the axe along to your next alt.
Using a 1-hander with a shield will just be agonizingly slow DPS.
Use Rockbiter on your 2H until you get the Windfury imbue, then switch to Windfury when it's trainable.

Because everybody will have the number of emblems required to do that
Did he say everybody would? He's saying that's the best way to go about equipping heirloom weapons starting from level 1. It's what I did with my shaman. Besides, you don't need to purchase them solely with Emblems. I bought mine with a mix of Emblems and Champion's Seals. And I didn't buy them all at once. You have 40 levels to gain before switching over to dual wield maces. That's plenty of time to accrue the Emblems/Seals needed to buy them.
