DK tank questions

Hi!
Will DK tanks suffer more from the new -20% dodge (de)buff in 3.3 then other tanks?
Warrior/paladins got dodge/parry and block, druids got lowest avoidance of all tanks but highest health bars, dks only got dodge and parry.. am I missing something?
Is DKs considered the "worst" tank because they are avoidance tanks and nowdays its all about EH? Is it therefor they are so "spiky" to heal?
I heard Dk tanks rely a lot on cooldowns, isnt IBF, AMS + 1 talented cd very few to be reliable on?
Will the new QuelD. quest swords be any decent for a dk tank? Its a big upgrade from my Marrowstrike atm.
Tnx for anwears. I really consider trying a dk tank but everyone keep telleing that they suck and go roll pally. I just dont wanna put time into a char that have a too hard time to tank raids and having raids pick fotm pally tank over the dk tank. =)

actually druids will be hit the hardest by chill of the thrown, only slightly harder but still harder
the reason is dodge is our only source of avoidance and that far into DR it's not ideal to stack more dodge to compensate for the loss
plate tanks "could" opt for stacking parry as chill of the grave can't drive your dodge into the negatives so ~16% dodge would be reduced to 0% just as 20% dodge would be reduced to 0% this would also mean heavy parry DR but i doubt as heavily as an endgame bear is into dodge DR
what does hurt DKs is the lack of a passive partial damage absorption such as block or savage defense and the lowest passive physical damage reduction of all tanks, while these do hurt them it doesn't make them ill equipped and it is partly compensated with a larger number of cooldowns and the second highest armor of all tanks
