Openings: Experienced level 80s, geared at level 200+
Lux et Lex is a new Alliance guild forming on the U.S. Uldaman server. (PvE - Eastern time zone)
Who we are: We're a small adult group of veteran players who are looking for a change. Because we have jobs and families, and even, possibly, other outside interests, we aren't interested in 20 hours or more a week of hardcore raiding. And as to casual raiding, there really is no such thing. If you want to progress and win and get through the content, you have to be focussed, determined, read up, pay attention, bring your "A" game. That translates to serious (but not obsessive) raiding, probably three nights a week, 8:30 to 11:30 pm.
But there's so much more to the game that raiding alone doesn't give.
We also want to have fun and enjoy each other's company, because we want to run with people we actually grow to know and like. We want to come up with creative events, schedule some old school runs for folks who have never seen the older content, work on achievements if that's your thing, maybe even explore premade PvP or arena as time permits.
We also believe that so much more can be done and we work so much better as a group if everybody participates in the direction of the guild, the decision-making ... shared power and responsibility.
As such, we want to find like minded adults who are a good fit and who share this vision of what a guild can be. We're just forming up, so we don't have a complete raiding roster yet, but this gives you an opportunity to get in on the ground floor if you can be a bit patient.
