Re-rune your weapon with Stoneskin Gargoyle if you plan on tanking.
Hungering Cold is more of a PvP ability.
Not having max Bladed Armor is a detriment as well.
You have no Glyphs in your Frost spec? Rune Strike, Oblit, IBF, whatever, but put something in.
RPM is not necessary as a tank. You are going to be Run Striking your heart out for threat. You can drop this talent altogether.
EDIT: Go with Kapucha's spec and Glyphs; seems pretty solid, though I disagree on morbidity when you have HB, but that's a matter of personal preference.

I found Morbidity to be 'very' useful when I tanked as my DK since Death and Decay does a lot of threat, but I was a blood-specced tank. Frost has better AOE threat with Howling Blast, so perhaps DnD isn't as useful here.
While Hungering Cold is more of a PvP ability, for just one talent point it isn't bad to pick up, especially considering this player will be tanking normal and heroic 5-man's, where the ability can actually come in handy occasionally (versus being nearly completely useless in a raid setting).
And if I ever went Frost I'd pick up Acclimation for kicks, but I haven't had any experience with the talent firsthand, so I can't really recommend it.

Bladed Armor is thought to be near-mandatory for most tank specs due to the threat it yields.
And you should not be speccing around Heroic-level content unless that is where you plan to leave that character. If you plan on raiding anything more difficult, spec and gear for it.

Bladed Armor is not necessary just better than a lot of alternatives.
Morbidity is good for beginner tanks, but generally considered the mark of a newb frost tank as it is completely unnecessary to have 99.95 percent of the time.
There are updated threads to help with gearing.
