I actually use eye of killrog all the time. It's a great way to scout out an area looking for a particular quest item, rather than run through and kill everything in your way. I even have the Glyph of Killrog. Most unused? Probably demon armor and seed of corruption. If your are destruction specced, that thing is useless.

Lesser Heal, Heal and Mind Soothe. I have around 65 days logged on my priest (ugh) and I can't recall ever casting Mind Soothe even once.

That was an amazing spell back when tBC heroics were actually hard, and it was often the difference between pulling 1 group and 3.

Probably Amplify Magic. The only time I can recall ever using it was my first or second time through Naxx, on Patchwerk, before anyone was geared.
Aside from that, not counting things that get obsoleted (Like Frost Armor or Conjure Food) or things I don't use because i'm not the proper spec (Frostbolt, Frostfire Bolt, etc.) It would probably be Teleport: Exodar. Yeah. Only time I ever use it is if I need to do something there for a holiday event. I even go to Darnassus more than Exodar.

Do none of you PvP at all?
You're all listing commonly used PvP abilities.
On my druid I would say
Cure Poison
considering you get
Abolish Poison
a couple levels later and it's the same exact thing but better.
it's not the same. fe when you have a rogue on you you could use abolish poison to cure the first poison and then start using cure poison for the next ones.
it's the same mana usage, but now you'll actually use the 2nd part of abolish poison, cleansing a poison every 3 sec, which you don't if you spam abolish poison.
and in the end using my method you'll have cured more poisons for the same amount of mana. or cured same amount of poisons for less mana.

Hellfire.
I don't think there's any use for it but for lulz.
Corpse Explosion on my DK. I've never even put a point into it, it's worthless.

Death Knight = Anti-Magic Shell, I don't tank and never pvp on this one.
Other than that Aspect of the Wild, I have never encountered a fight where this would have been more useful than Dragonhawk.
AMS is amazing for any fight with AE magic damage, as a dps on Emalon and not have to run away from a nova whenever the CD is up. It's a great spell, and you should take a look back at it and see how useful it is. Given, not in every fight, but certain fights it's amazing.
As for AotW, again, it's situational. Not having nature resistance on Emalon, either from Shaman or hunter, sucks. Same goes for any other fight that has large amounts of AE nature damage.

Warrior - Sunder Armor
Why? Do you know how much of a DPS boost this is to physical DPS, let alone your own DPS/threat?
I hope you're prot and replacing it with devastate ofc, if not, you really should be using it much more.
We have 1 warrior that raids occasionally in our guild, the only reason he gets a spot is because of this debuff, if he doesn't maintain 5 stacks at all times we replace him.
I'm really tired of warriors that don't use sunder armor or demoralizing shout if they're the only one present, these debuffs are really valuable and I have no idea why so many don't use them, I played a warrior as my main for a very long time and always used these debuffs.

Beat me to it.
And as I'm Fury/Prot, I'd have to say
Mortal Strike
and
Hamstring
.

Mine is Bear Form, which is strictly only for dancing. Thorns doesn't see much use either, nor does Entangling Roots. Things die too fast for either of them to be of much use.
I once had an arena against 2x rogues.
I get sapped, they atack me, I trinket and bladestorm, both dead, 33% damage from thorns o-O
