[Class Idea] Scout

Hello here is another class idea....
The Scout is used to do recon missions and do critical first aid treatment
on the battle field and has a keen eye that finds the weakness of theyre opponent
increasing the effectiveness of the whole group
Class name :
Scout
Races:
Horde
: Blood Elves , Trolls and Undead
Alliance:
Human , Night Elf , Dwarf and Gnome
Weapon Types :
Swords ,Maces ,Daggers and Thrown weapons
Mechanics
Exploits
: a debuff that stacks up to 5 times , one exploit can be
up per scout.
Energy :
Energy that caps out at 150 regenerates 25% slower than rogue energy.
Group Roles :
Assist(buffer) , Healing and DPS
Talent trees :
Exploits , Sharp Throwing and First aid
Sample Skills:
Exploits :
Weak Spot :
Increases damage taken by 1% per stack lasts 30 seconds
Blind Spot :
Reduces the chance of dealing a critical strike by 0.2% per stac last 15 seconds
Bleeing Vein :
Bleeds deal additional 5% damage per stack
Clean Cut :
Deals X physical damage that ignore armor , damage increased by 5% per exploit . 45 energy 11 sec cooldown
Exposed :
the scout points over the target , damage done to it is increased by 25%.
Lasts for 10 seconds(channeled) . Energy cost : 150 CD : 5 minutes (cannot be used in arenas
All exploits use 50 energy and have a 5 sec CD , one exploit per scout.While Exploits
are up they reduce the damage dealt by the scout by 25% while increasing the damage and healing done of all raid members by 0.5%
Sharp Throwing
High velocity projectile :
Shoots,Fires or Throws a high velocity ranged attack
that stuns the target for 5 seconds and deals 150% weapon damage over the duration
60 energy and a 1 min CD (damage is dealed even if the target is unstunable)
Shooting on the run :
This effect allows the Scout to move while using ranged attacks,
lasts for 5 seconds . Passive, triggered after using an ability
Homing Projectile :
Throws a thrown weapon that jumps up to 8 times Dealing 200% weapon damage
each jump will deal 20% damage . 80 energy 30 sec CD
Auto Throw :
Automatically throws thrown weapons
Spine Throw :
Causes 160% weapon damage and interrupts the target. 45 energy 15 sec CD
EDIT : Renamed ranged dps spec to Sharp throwing , Added a few skills

Scouts start at level 1
Starting Area :
Ravenhold Scout Training Camp
Starting Quest : NPC : Fahrad < Lets see what you have got>
So you're another traine? <Fahrad Spits on the ground>
Now lets see what you have got . There is a Syndicate encamoment to the south.
I want you to go there and see if you can fish up anything.
Progress : Are you done? Dont was my time boy.
Complete : Ah this is a good report. I hate to admit it
but you have a keen eye . Since you are beter of a scout , head over
to Myrokos Silentform for you're next objective , he should be around here
2nd Progress Quest : NPC: Myrokos Silentform < Lets start the Killing from afar shall we?>
Youre the one who passed Fahrads test? Since he send you to me
it means you're on youre way becoming a scout. You see scouts
arent as proficient with close quarter combat as rogues . We use
thrown weapon to .... kill our enemies. Dont forget though that youre priority
is exploiting weaknesses and not assasinating . Anyhow there has been an uproar of
Syndicate members . Since they have low standards you could easily take out a few of them.
Bring 20 Knives back , they usualy have them in theyre pockets...
Progress : And... Is it done?
Complete : Oh , i see alot of blood , you've been busy <Myrokos Laughs>

3rd Progress Quest :NPC: Myrokos Silentfomr <Not only you scout, you heal too>
Other than scouting around we patch up our troops with bandages made out of special
oils we make. I will teach you how to make the simple oiled Bandage. After that go treat
15 of our troops.
Progress : I still see injured people , you dont like blood?
Complete : Good good , youre basic training is complete , report
to Fahrad for youre first missions

Seems too much like a hunter to me. If there's going to be a new class, I'm like it to be something has its own lore that's different from other classes, has a different play style, and is iconic to WoW lore.

however unlike the rogue , this is not a pure damage dealing class and its capabilities
are not that high at dps. You could say it's the complete opposite of a rogue.
I am going to write some lore soon don't worry :)

It's okay mechanic wise, reminds me a bit of a Hunter-Rouge but I'm trying not to pinhole stuff at the moment, seen as mine is Shadow Hunter which is basically Drood Hunter Shaman. The only problem is that it is just so uninteresting lore wise... The Scouts job can easily be filled by Rouge with bandages lore wise, and while the others are running around betraying The Lich King, Restoring Nature, and Crusading for the Light, your a rouge with bandages who people put in front of to blow up the land mines first.

A scout is more of an observer from afar , much less comba efficient than the rogue . And as i said a scout is making oter perform beter , not him self

Even so, lore-wise having "A stealthy Rouge to go behind the lines" is not so far apart to "A spy with a telescope meant for improving others" as well say, "A Fel Mage who fights fire with fire by summoning demons" compared to "A guardian of nature who can take on the forms of animals or call upon the moons wrath to face it's enemies."

well put it that way scouts share lore with scouts , they both belong to Ravenhold ... But theyre completly diffetent . Sure say a rogue can scout . But when you tell a rogue to assasinate someone
you first say the layout of the area he needs to go to. A scout will provide the info for the location of the target and the rogue will go finish the job.

I have to agree with this, for a new class to be released it would have to be heavily lore based, like the deathknights.
Scouts
already exist in the Warcraft universe. For those who enjoy ripping something apart, saying it's something without lore.... L2Wowwiki.

You really don't get what I'm trying to say.
First of all, being someone who runs around and collects information would suck ass in game. It'd be like never ending dailies.
Second of all, overall they are one the least important things to lore, well ever. It doesn't matter if it's different from another class. Rouges can already stealth and scout and every other class has something that allows them to see from far away. This is an unoriginal non-unique idea. It just doesn't make the cut for a class.
