Worgen should normally be a werewolf since their "cure" only let them control their minds so this is my idea. Let Worgen turn into a full on wolf for the 15 seconds during their movement racial. Ideas?
Can read this and more at my suggestion:

Player vs Player
and

Hero class ideas.

I like the wolf idea, and i could also picture them getting on all four legs as well when they activate their racial. Making it more realistic since 4 legs are essentially faster than 2.
Also concerning your PvP idea. Would Plunder Isle be like WG? Where after a faction wins, they gain control for a couple of hours. Or will it be more like the towers in Hellfire Peninsula where the towers can be taken anytime.

Plunder Isle would be the big scale like Wintergrasp but in an everlasting PvP area with Bloodsail Pirates constantly attacking. It would be kind of like the RvR in DAoC but not on such a grand scale and limited to server-only and not battlegroup style BG much like Wintergrasp. I'm still in deep need of description with these BG ideas. Thanks for replying on both!
PS: Love your DBZ signature! Had a friend who threatened me for saying he wasn't #1Fan... /facepalm

Cool, I would love an everlasting WG like BG instead of being restricted to 1 every couple of hours.
Some other questions.
Would the players arrive on the Island by boat or would they be able to fly or teleport there?
Since alot of servers are imbalanced faction wise, what will you do to help the faction with less players so they have an actual chance of winning and capturing?

Great questions!
They would be teleported instantly from the newest main city (Dalaran for WotLK) but this wouldn't be out until Cataclysm so Deatholm?
I have another suggestion that would add a HUGE experience bonus to unbalanced factions. This would help the player ratio but I think an increase troop to unbalanced sides. Example: if Alliance has double the Horde currently inside Plunder Isle Incursion then the Horde will have double the troops produced each time a troop is either automatically spawned or a Horde player creates them through the daily quest or from turning in resources.

Going back to the idea of the wolf running its been said that the Worgen hate their curse thus this seems like an odd ability for someone who hates being animal like.

I'm sure not EVERY SINGLE Worgen hates it. There's always some that embraces it, and makes it their vessel of destruction of evil. Like the humans did with dark Warlock-magic, for instance.
Anyway, about the whole suggestion, I'm more in favor of just being worgen-form (it's more than enough transforming already), but simply running on all fours, similar to how the current Worgen does. The sprinting animation doesn't seem to be done yet, just a fast normal run animation (see
here
).

I don't think Death Knights want to be Death Knights either. And Darkflight is from being a Worgen so every time one uses it you reach down into the curse and run faster.

I doubt players will choose to paly Worgen because they hate the curse. If that's the case just play a human. Players want to play a Worgen because of the wolviness.
It'd be a bit strange the character hating the curse, but the player revelling in it.
edit: lorewise you're probably right (not really up on that. Simply remarking on the strangeness of Blizz's designchoice in this matter. I would have designed the Worgen to have accepted 'curse' and not to consider themselves ill or cursed, but simply as regarding themselves as a new species.

When I read your post I thought of contradiction somehow. What I meant is; it's a RP-aspect (and a very strong one at that), which can be used like this:
You're a Worgen that accepts what he/she is, but wants to get rid of the curse ->
Use Human form by default.
You're a Worgen that embraces what he/she has become, and uses this as an advantage to rip the evil of Azeroth apart ->
Use Worgen form by default.
It's fantastic.
