Blood Itemization - Stat Importance...

Alright, I'm running into a problem at this point with my stats... I have been rolling though the ElitistJerks forums, and the information is great, but appears to be slightly dated. The Blood Consolidation post on EJ seems to only reflect Ulduar content, and hasn't yet been updated to reflect the nerfs we received as blood DKs as of 3.2. The forum indicated as follows... "It has been currently theorized that once you exceed 6200 AP the APE for ArP will exceed that of STR." But how valid is that anymore? I mean, raid buffed tonight, I was at 7400 AP, and with procs I can easily hit 8500, and have seen it JUST shy of 9k once or twice. Quick breakdown of what I'm looking at here...
4911 AP COMPLETELY unbuffed.
264 Hit (that's melee cap)
32 Expertise (Over capped)
430 Armor Pen (which is 30%, with 10% more for spec bonus, totaling 40%)
only 140 Haste, (but how beneficial is haste if it STILL doesn't affect rune CD?)
I'm truly stuck on what I should be doing... Do I start swapping +20 str gems for the armor pen? or haste? or, do I continue to add to my already insane amount of AP? is it necessary for me to hit OvEr 9000! Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

The real issue is there seems to be NO updated information. The sticky for blood based stats here on WoWHead was last updated in MARCH... The EJ site show the most recent update in August... And WoWWiki shows no information for Armor Pen for DKs... It's like, the newest class, that's a year old at this point, is still not important enough to keep updated. According to the latest realm info, DK is the most played class on my server. If I knew how to figure this stuff out, I certainly would, unfortunately, when it comes to game mechanics, I am stuck using the knowledge of other players.

Yea, I think the part that really threw me was what I quoted in my initial post, where above 6200 AP, you needed to start stacking ArP. I don't know if that's really still true or not, I imagine the number now would be higher than before. I appreciate the assistance on this topic. I'm currently stuck with the 2 piece bonus, partially because I missed the guild run last week. 157 Emblems, so as soon as I score the 2 trophies, it's game on!

Str > ArP >> lots of clear air >> Crit/Haste
Wrong its Str > LOTS OF CLEAR AIR > ArP > EVEN MORE CLEAR AIR > crit/haste

Blood sticky isn't outdated. Blood DKs had no real changes in the last patches, so the stat weight is basically the same it was before. The only things that changed are Crit and Agi
if
you wear 4xT9. But I don't think Crit overpasses ArP anyway.
So I believe (haven't been playing Blood for a while now) it's: Hit to 8%>Str>Exp to 6,50%>ArP>Crit>Agi>Haste.
And on a side note: you never ever gem ArP, you always gem Strenght (the 6200 AP buffed thing is not true).
12% arpen nerf
