Is Frost Tanking even viable?

I read all over the place that Blood OR Frost is the way to go for tanking. Yet, I see everyone who is tanking heroic ToC (or reg ToC for that matter) is Blood. Seems to me that the only viable spec would be Blood for those fights.
Personally, I would love to make frost my tanking spec. Blood just seems like the most boring thing ever... Diseases, HS, HS, DS, RP dump, more of that with the occasional CD. With Frost it seems much more exciting with procs from Rime and KM. I have tried Frost, I like the playstyle and everything but my biggest issue with it is single target threat. I don't know if it is what I am doing or my gear or just how Frost is.
Any suggestions on what I could do for higher threat as Frost?
Here's my armory for any more info needed:

Also, is it just me or are DKs squishier than other tanks?

while Death Knights can only Parry and Block.
May want to go back an edit that dude.
But yeah, I've been frost all along, and have had no major issues to speak of. The only time I run into problems is when DPS thinks that the whirlwind from the warrior in ToC 5 is a spa, and the mage constantly sheeps the healer. Basically nothing that slightly better luck and common sense won't fix.

I have solo tanked Ony10 and Anub in ToC10 as frost with no issues. I dual spec'd by DK frost/blood tank. In raids, I switch between the two specs depending on what is needed from me. It works out very well.

Blood is much better for consistent damage coming in which makes it easier on your healers. It's also a much better boss tank due to a higher threat single target threat generation. Frost is much better for off-tanking and can be just as viable for main tanking, but requires a smarter and more delicate usage of your cooldowns. Frost has been nerfed into the ground, and if you don't manage your cooldowns, your spike damage will tick off every healer under the sun. Frost and unholy are both still viable, just not on equal footing with Blood.

I've always been a frost fan, I was always a 2h frost tank till round the time ToT came out then I changed to dual weilding.
But anyway there are very few of these but try for slower tank swords, I pull most Tps useing the naxx 25 2.5 tank sword and the 10 ony 2.0 one. The extra dodge and parry you get from the ony sword is great also.
As for moves just make sure to use your oblit and HB when its free for single target. I also use a glyph (not 100% sure on the name) That my pest refreshes diseases on my current target to, so i can keep my death rune up and have another oblit rather then use icy and plauge again.
I've not done Heroic toc yet, just 10 and 25 normal and i'm the main tank most the time and haven't seen any problems with frost yet.
Hope somthing helpful was in here. Now i'm off to save goldshire from these darn horde! Up up and away!
