So my friend and I just recently got into Arenas and BGs. We decided to raise our team rating and managed to quickly climb to 1000 arena rating in 2s. We now seem to be stuck at 1000, whatever we gain in rating, we soon after lose. We just can't seem to make it past 1k. Just wondering if you guys have any advice for gear we may want to swap out, or gems and enchants. And maybe a few little tips to help us out in arena whatever the tip may be. Thanks in advance!

What setups are you losing to?

We started having the issue of losing to most teams if we don't have one of their members down within 2 minutes or so. The biggest problem on my end is priests because of mana burn spam, and dual DPS teams which usually results in my death within 1 minute or so if we don't manage to take one out off the bat. I'm not sure what became the issue, but it feels like we took a step backwards and seem to have trouble with most teams now.

If you are losing to mages on your rogue - feral druid makeup. You need some serious skill work. A feral druid has all the abilities to drop a mage in less than 8 seconds regardless of spec.
Blizz does not set you up to fail because you are successful. You fail because you fail to think ahead you keep looking for a shortcut and there isn't one. It uses a random number generator when filing people into Arenas. I once ended up facing the same team 4 times in a row, and we were on the same server. In fact, I knew their healer very well.
Do you realize in order to screw you over like that you would have to sit there and look at each name of each person as they came up.
Rogue + Druid is a great 2v2 combo you should be able to rip through ever group. BTW, you aren't facing two frost DK's you are facing two DK's in Frost presence. There is a huge difference. Frost DK's will not have a pet up.

I play war+resto druid, and almost hit 1300 with my partner being in 4p tbc pvp gear. It depends on the warrior's skill and the comps you run into.
Dual dps, blow SS+BS early on top of druid. Dual dps don't like getting nuked and not being able to control the fight. Use your fear effectively, disarm, etc. Most dual dps are ret+X, focus ret. If he can't blow wings, they lose a lot of burst, if he does blow wings, disarm and nuke him quick.
Cyclones are your best friend. You should have enough dps to force the priest to heal. Cyclone him frequently to force him to heal his partner. Cyclone the partner when he gets out of cyclone and force him to heal 2 people. If you can slow him and his partner and get a SS+BS on the both of them, you're in luck. Mage+priest is really hard to beat with this comp. You actually have to cyclone the mage and nuke the priest.
You have to play a lot of defense as war+druid. Be good at it and communicate.
Focus targets- Warlock, ele sham, hunter.
Debuffing is what wins fights. If you are fighting a DK, go defense, get 5 sunders up while keeping MS up and trying to nuke him with a 1h, then go 2h and burst him. Keep focusing him and CC the crap outa his partner.
Everything else is situational. If druid can control someone, let him and focus the healer. MS+OP is murder to heal thru. Predicting peals, not getting tunnel vision on one target, and controlling fight momentum is what warrior+druid is all about.
-Tips- Warrior should wear at least one piece of PvE plate. If he's stacking arp, conq chest is a great upgrade. Get H ToC gun for a bit extra arp and stam. If you have problems killing things, and not too much of an issue staying alive, switch to resto/IS spec. MF+IS+wrath spam really changes play style and makes it easier to get people on defensive.

He uses them effectively for the most part. I don't think this is the issue for us, though it may be. I'll pay closer attention to when he uses these so I can get an idea of how effectively he's using them.

For your specific issues, is your Warrior helping to peel the Priest for you? He should try to Charge / Intervene whenever possible and throw out Hamstrings so you can maintain distance and LoS the Mana Burns easier. You can also use your Cyclones defensively to give you time to run away / interrupt a Mana Burn chain.
He helps keep the priest off for the most part. The issue is I usually result in going oom, not only due to the few mana burns that hit me when I cannot LoS but also because something usually happens that I have to end up giving out alot of heals because he seems to take damage very quickly. I also end up changing forms exessively which doesn't help out with the mana issue. Sometimes Innervate just isn't enough and it results in a loss because I can't heal anymore.

Your friend's armory link leads me to believe that he may be bad at PvP.
Talent spec and glyphing (arms is his PvP spec, right?) are very sub-par for both PvE and PvP. For example, he took Blood Craze (useless for raids/5-mans) and didn't take iron will. For PvP, iron will is a must have. Unrelenting assault is also usually not taken for PvE, it is mainly for PvP, but he took it, leading me to believe that his arms spec is for PvP. And yet, he took booming voice, which is nearly useless in PvP.
He has glyph of rapid charge, which is pretty much useless sine they nerfed it, where he could have glyph of hamstring in its place. Also, glyph of execute is questionable. It is not the hotness for PvP.
I can see that he is gemming for mostly straight up armor pen, while still only having 20% including gem + gear. Last I heard, we gem for armor pen at 30% or 33%+ passive from gear, or when we get an ArP trinket. Which he doesn't appear to have.
I suggest your friend take a trip to the warrior stickies, it should help your arena a fair amount. Please don't be offended by this sorrell, it's meant to be constructive criticism, and not flaming :)
Sweet, thanks for the input on that. I'll take a look into that and have him review his gems/spec.
