For the hundredth time, druids are
not
going to be screwed in ICC in any way.
They have twice the dodge of other tanks to compensate for lack of parry, and much higher health and armor levels on top of that. And they also have Block in form of Savage Defense. Oh, and a 1-minute tanking cooldown that was the main reason for the overner*!@e that DKs suffered.
If anything, they're ones affected by Chill of the Throne

DK tanks, on the other hand, are completely screwed. Perhaps a little more than they are now. Not that it means much.

For the hundredth time...But...but...but your post count is only 54.
In other words, chillax. The sky is not falling. They've already upped the threat coefficient for Rune Strike to account for how DK threat is tied to our avoidance. I'm sure they will continue to balance the situation. Removing 20% dodge is a huge change
across the board
, and tweaks will continue to be made to ensure that we don't end up with a bizarre imbalance of tanking classes.
