Cleave Macro for Tanking Warriors

I've been trying to make a macro that effectively does the following.
-Targets the next target in range.
-Uses cleave, and perhaps an instant attack so I don't target through too quickly.
I remember there used to be a sap macro that was used for finding other rogues that would only target within a certain distance, but I have not been able to do so. My other idea was using a mouseover cleave macro with enemy health bars activated. The idea is to improve my AoE threat generation on trash fights (Heroics, Naxx, etc) and boss fights that require large AoE threat generation like Onyxia. Oftentimes we have a non-warrior tank that can step in, but in the case of another warrior tank and lack of a good misdirect, I find myself having trouble. While in cases like Onyxia, a Cleave macro might not make a lot of difference but I'm simply trying my best to compensate where Blizzard has not been generous.
EDIT: As a side-note, I did opt for taking the Glyph of Vigilance and use Vigilance on the highest AoE DPS in the raid which helps.

i just keep 2 taskbars for tanking, shift+1 bar has heroic strike macrod to near everything and the shift+2 bar has cleave macrod to near everything, all the abilities are in the same place on each bar just a different on next swing macrod to each bar
for trash i hit shift+2 and go about my business with them and for bosses, tough single trash targets, or the last of a trash pull i hit shift+1 to switch to my HS macros and proceed
