Well it looks like you've missed one or two things, but overall your spec looks pretty good. I personally would take out points in light's grace namely because you won't really use holy light in arena that much at all, just because of its long cast time. On occassion you might, but generally someone will stun/interrupt/silence you before you get it off.
Sacred cleansing and Blessed Light are both debatable talents...I've heard people argue for them and against them. I personally have found both talents to be a bit lack luster overall, but that's just my opinion.
Anticipation, although a nice talent, is generally not taken for holy arena spec, just because for 5 points there are better talents to get.
Divine Sacrifice and Divine Guardian are 2 major talents that you should have filled out. Divine Sac is nice for when you have to bubble you can macro it so that you stop casting, bubble, then pop diving guardian, thus absorbing 40% of the damage done to your arena partners while you are bubbled. Divine Guardian is amazing because it doubles the duration of sacred shield (thus effectively doubling the damage it absorbs) and it increases the amount that it absorbs by 20% for each time it absorbs damage.
A few other talents I get are judgements of the pure and enlightened judgements. I get JoP because increased judgement damage is good, but mainly because of the 1 minute buff that increases melee AND casting speed by 15%. Enlightened judgements is good because it gives your judgements a 40 yard range, allowing you to deal damage from afar and stay out of the thick of combat. Its also helpful for the 4% hit rating, because holy paladins can contribute to arena DPS a bit with our shocks and judgements, and the 4% makes us pretty much pvp hit capped without gemming or gearing at all.
Hope my advice is helpful, keep in mind these are all just my suggestions, not necessarily "the best" talents, just the ones I feel are worth commenting on. Good luck and happy hunting :)

yeah, I agree it can be useful sometimes, I personally don't use it that often. I always say take any pvp or specing advice with a grain of salt, because when it comes down to it its mostly personal preference and how you play.
