Only if a rogue or kitty druid doesn't want it. Otherwise, he can have it.

It's leather, so roge gets first call.
It's only fair to give first call to the class / spec it's designed for.

I play a rogue and must say if a warrior to roll on this item and win, then say a day or two later happens to get say better PvP plate shoulders or crafted shoulders which are plate, it's a wasted roll on the warrior's part and would probably take more than a week for the rogue to get another chance at the item. It's common sense (rogue/druid = leather, shammy/hunter = mail, and warrior = plate). This is how the designers of WoW made it to be, they're not that stupid...okay, maybe some things are.
Look at it this way, nice epic bow drops, hunter needs, but you have warriors and rogues trying to roll on it, people say hunter first...okay, common sense. Superb melee weapons should prioritize to melee classes. Tired of having hunters roll on upgrade weapons for rogues/warriors that they clearly cant use except for stats which only up your hunter dps a little than what it is.
.... And I'm spent.

Okey if all freaking dps warrior are going to wear full leather rogue gear because it has more crit and agi... then this is not going to be like its supose to be warrior should stay warriors and they can do that by wearing plate which makes them harder to kil,,,,
and its true that armor doesnt really matter in pve but honestly are you just running pve instances all day? isnt there a day when you do BG or world pvp?
I think threre is so i say you should not roll for leather shoulders like that.
have fun playing :D

wont meet such problems anymore:P
Amen. DKP is where it's at.
If it were loot council, I'd look at it in a DKPesque way and see who it was a bigger upgrade for.
If the item had agility on it I'd default it to feral/rogue, but since it's HIT/AP/CRIT, i'd let rogue, shaman, warrior, feral roll.

Any warrior who needs that item is a ninja. There are PLENTY of plate items for them to get. If I saw a warr need that, I would warn everyone on all channels that he was a ninja and would also notify his guild that he is giving them a bad rep. There is NEVER a reason for a warr to wear leather, period.
As always though, if no one in the group uses leather or no one wants it, it's fair game.
I'm pretty sure you're a 10 year old who is probably a bigger loot $%^&* than a warrior rolling on this item.
