Presently, you can filter quests using
Increases Reputation with.... I would suggest that this be expanded to
Increases Reputation with...>= (or perhaps in words "by at least" instead of ">=").
The utility of this lies in that many quests, typically those from Classic, offer very small amounts of spillover reputation with multiple factions, but might not be an efficient timesink if the goal is to raise reputation with a single faction. For example, the quest
...and a Batch of Ooze grants only 63 reputation with each Horde faction, but requires a journey from the Undercity to Un'goro Crater- hardly an ideal choice for a rep grinder. On the other hand,
Minshina's Skull grants 250 rep with both Orgrimmar and the Darkspear Trolls, at the cost of only a minute or two at max level. There is a clear difference in the efficiencies of these quests, and the Wowhead filter system currently offers no system for judging them on such.
Edit: Or, simply include the reputation reward with the specified faction as a column in the filter results.

You win! =) Thanks for this one.
*blink* Well, this reveals some quests with
interesting attributes.
Hmm, and I think I've uncovered a small bug with the filters, essentially identical to one I posted
regarding Objects a while back. The "Added in <expansion>" filters seem to check for greater-than-or-equal version numbers, so that the "Added in The Burning Crusade: No" filter also excludes those added in WotLK.
No expansion filter - 580 results
Added in WotLK: No - 556 results (so, 580-556=24 WotLK quests -
check)
Added in TBC: No - 502 results (if my guess is correct, this should be 502-24=478 quests)
Added in TBC: No + Added in WotLK: Yes - 0 results (should be 24)
