Ok, so I was hacked around a week ago and this morning they sent me an email resetting my password and a list of the items they restored... And now it says my account is "disabled," what does this mean? A GM said I just had to "follow everything in the email" and I could play again, but I don't know what email they're talking about and if I email them it says it would take several days. I can't even log into account management or the website forums. Anyone know how to fix this or get more help from them on it? Anything helps, thanks!
