Just looking at your gear really quick, your not terribly over the hit cap, and your gear isn't half bad at all.
Few suggestions
- Get 35 emblems of triumph together and replace your Spellshock Ring with
Band of the Invoker
- If you are having problem getting a new offhand, convert some Conquest emblems and get
Handbook of Obscure Remedies
. You'll benefit more from the spirit and haste, as well as drop some hit.
- Its best for destro warlocks to use Chaotic Skyflare Diamonds as their metagem. Put a purple "Purified Dreadstone" in your weapon and gloves to meet the meta requirements. Also, nevar gem for crit, straight up +23 SP red gems are the way to go, unless the socket bonus is +7 or more SP. If your going socket for said bonus with a yellow socket then use reckless ametrine.
There's a bit more, but I don't need to spoon feed you. Readz teh
stickies
and use ctrl+F to search if needed. Happy hunting.

Throw haste on your cloak instead of spell pen. Spell pen does NOTHING in PvE...kinda OT but FYI

crit gems are yellow and you're currently using them to fulfil socket bonuses. dreadstones are purple and so will not be much use in yellow sockets.
basically, default behaviour should be to ignore socket bonuses completely and gem for spellpower. the best meta requires 2 blue gems so if you have to put 2 blues in your gear then you should put them in places which give you a socket bonus first. this is why metalfenrir (correctly) suggested dreadstone placement in weapon and gloves.
as for your current crit gems, in the case of your chest item using a yellow gem is probably a good idea since the socket bonus is a strong one. the gem of choice would be an orange (reckless) haste/spellpower one. in the case of the belt, however, 4haste is NOT worth gemming for so a straight +23 spellpower gem should be used.
the haste gem in the pants is not ideal but, as with the chest the socket bonus is good. ideally you'd want another haste/spellpower gem there too but the change would be very small so i wouldn't necessarily suggest you go out and buy a whole new gem for that.
look towards changing your trinkets and wand as the next priority and don't worry too much about the hit. your gear will change fast if you keep running content and you may well find that you start struggling for the hit cap as your gear improves. T9 has been a strange gear tier for hit rating overall.
(edit, you know that your second point in destructive reach would find a better home in improved soul leech right? i assume you took it because you out gear your tanks?)
(edit edit, also, even at your level of spirit the GoLT will be a better choice than GoImmo)

How to gem
:
1. Red : +23 spellpowers
2. Yellow : +12 SP and 10 Haste
3. Blue : +12 SP and 10 spirit
Meta gem : +21 cri strike raiting and 3% increase cri dmg

The original post is 3 days old. It looks like he's changed out some gear since then.
My 2 cents: a real quick upgrade would be swapping the Darkmoon card with an
Abyssal Rune
.
