Personaly, I think the least used HS location is Moonglade. Those who need it have the teleport, and for the rest of us theres just nothing to do.
There is no HS in Moonglade. No inn, no innkeeper, no place to set a HS.

There is an inn.

I know there's a building that has the Night Elf in layout, I didn't think it had rested inside though. Maybe I'm wrong. Either way, no innkeeper, so no place to set your HS.

While several of the TBC hearth locations are no doubt quite unused, I have a candidate for the least used hearth location in Azeroth. It is this lady innkeeper in Feralas, for the Allance;

She is on an island to the very western edge of the Feralas zone, which can be reached by taking a boat between the island and the main land, a chore in itself that makes the location useless even for questing in Feralas. Neither is Feralas or its instance Dire Maul very interesting to most players at this time anyway (and less accessible to Alliance than Horde, like most of southern Kalimdor). The alliance has another camp at the eastern edge of the zone, which has been the usual point of access to Feralas, since one does not have to deal with the boat.

I don't recall setting a character's hearth to Sentinel Hill. Westfal is small even without a mount, Sentinel Hill is conveniently in the middle and the whole place is next to Stormwind.

that horde zone right above where the Hodir quests are.
Camp Tunkalo. My shaman is hearthed there.
1) It is not to far away from Dalaran.
2) Close to Hodir dailies.
3) Close to skinnable mobs.

Easy answer. Moonglade.
Because everyone that can go there, just teleports; aside from the lunar festival. Never have I seen anyone hearth into Moonglade. Other locations, yes, even if it was just a few people. But Moonglade, have never known a person nor seen a person hearth to there.

The hearthstone on my priest is set to valley of trials.
Top that.
What level is it?
On topic, I have mine set at the Scryer's Tier on my Death Knight (72) and the Underbelly on my Paladin (80)

In BC mine was always set to stonard in the swamp of sorrows so I could fly to anywhere in EK or go to gromgol for kalimdor, and down blasted lands ands through the portal to outland, it was very convenient.

Top that.
Every abandoned level 1 orc or troll has their hearth set to Valley of Trials =P
Also, I remember this thread. The comment about Sillithus made me /lol IRL.

When you first spawn, your hearth is set at your spawn point. For orcs/trolls, it's the valley of trials. Once you un-set it, you can't set it back as there is no innkeeper.
2 things: 1) he is a troll, awesome choice btw and 2) he is a mazoxist
