That looks like a giant solid white block against a black background.
Anyone else just not able to read that?

gear and content keep me comming back.
i love gear lol. . .i don't care if it gets replaced in a month. . .i don't tend to worry much about the future. i just enjoy my gear while it lasts.
and currently i'm going through naxx and ulduar (lol i'm a raiding late commer). . .and i'm absolutly loving it.
there's no gear for me in 10 naxx, and very little in 10 uld for me. . .but i'm not there for the gear, i'm there just for the thrill of downing bosses i've never downed before.
anyhow, everyone i've met goes through a period of time where they get bored with wow and need a break.
take a month away from wow.
i'm betting you'll come back after that month and find wow exciting again.
take care.

Like others have said, dont worry about other players and play the game how you want to play.
If you feel like your losing interest then take a break, hell i took 10 months off after WOTLK came out for personal reasons and came back and im enjoying the game like never before.

I am not o ne of those people who thinks it is pointless to play a game like WoW. I just think they are making WoW rather pointless...
What was ever the point? If you have to ask someone to talk you into playing, then you probably shouldn't. Games are meant to be fun - if you're not having fun, you're doing something wrong. It may be time to look into other alternatives to occupy your free time with.
WoW is an easy game to pick up and play - which is a huge part of its appeal - but how many of those do you consider
really good
players? It's the first game to really start moving away from creating content that only an elite few will ever see. And yet despite how "easy" it is, how many people are clearing the hard modes every week?
my recent 80 requires so much work
Gear is incredibly easy to get
Aren't you contradicting yourself there?

Well, I have had the small feeling inside my head that they were slowly taking away the work from the game.
I don't want to 'work' on my chosen method of entertainment. I'll be perfectly willing to grind for hours on end, and raid till my ears are bleeding from the raid lead's verbal abuse the day Blizz pays me to play.
Until then, I play to be entertained.

Getting gear is easy.
Ilvl 200 in ToCh the first day you hit 80. HC ToCh ilvl 219 comming soon. All up to 226 (emblems) or 232 (lucky pugs). Some 245 after weeks of grinding daily heroics (emblems).
Being an active 80 requires so much work.
Tons of grinding and all sort of money-making for gems/enchants/flasks... because your gear changes pretty often. Plus theres the PvP set to grind for and maybe dual-spec eq.
Quiting WoW.
You dont quit everything else to play WoW. So why completely quit WoW to do something else? Its just about how good you are in keeping yourself from not playing forever (may be hard sometimes:o)).

That's called "Learning". Blizzard implemented it in 2.1.This.
Over and over.
Pre-TBC beta, we thought bosses were level 500.
We didn't know how threat, or crushing blows, or min-maxing worked.
THAT is why the game seems easier.
