Hello wowhead :)
I notice that theres some small problem in IE6 (and less problems with IE7,8) while looking at wowhead
I know IE6 is not fully supported and everything.. so I got a suggestion. Why don't you ask ppl to install
Chrome Frame
plugin when they open wowhead. Thats the way you won't have to worry about IE anymore because he will become WebKit like render. No more IE hacks :)

makes wowhead looks better and faster for IE users :)
Let's make web better place :D

Until we do not force them to switch, that will never change. I've been a IE user for ages and had to start using FF to use a specific website some time ago. I was very angry at the idea of "being forced" to do that. Now... I'm glad I did it.

Chrome Frame is just another workaround for webmasters to make their website compatible with the outdated browser IE 6, but it's no real solution. What about those people that don't want or can't install the plugin? The problem remains.
If you want your visitors to download a plugin, why not ask them to upgrade to IE 7/8 or switch to another browser instead?
Chrome Frame works on all IE versions and it much essayer to install then new version of IE or new browser.
Many users can't switch to new IE version because they are using cracked version of Windows or they don't know whats the browser is ... Chrome frame should be
MUST
for all IE users like Adobe flash player is for all of us

They talk about browser-soup..? And what do we have now with IE6, IE7, IE8, Opera 9+, FF2, FF3, Safari, Google Chrome and many more not so familiar browsers?
You may not know but IE8 doesn't support canvas ..doesn't have a real javascript engine, and still mangles standard css. I wonder how much time we will have to wait before we see this features as well as video, audio tags. If this is not pushing web back I don't know what does..
