Not that I wanna rub salt on the wound bro', but....... I told you so ;)
We technically never actually saw her "die".
This means Lillian Voss will now be a recurring character with as much running time as Nazgrim himself. Nazgrim showed up in WOTLK, Cata, And MoP. Lillian Voss showed up in Cata, MoP, and apparently, "could" show up in WoD (That part wasn't confirmed, all he said is that she's not dead yet)

I was hoping they killed off that overpowered one trick pony for good..../sigh Here comes the new high ranking General of the Lich King or the replacement for Sylvanas when we kill her. /ugh

I swear to god, every single Human+Elf pairing in this game really makes me wish I was illiterate
Elf human romance is a overdone cliche in fantasy in general. I hope the alleria and tyralion ship is titaniced to the botom of the sea. As I don't want to see elf armcandy with ultra human hero and their marty sue half elf kid. I hope that arator the redemer kid has the lifespan of a chromatic dragon, a realy short lifespan.
Since it had a thing about Sylvanas seeing nothing but darkness after committing suicide and started the whole Valk joins the Forsaken thing....what do you think?
It also had Sylvanas always being insane, died at age 20 and always cold to those beneth her, even as living. Arrows and bulwarks...
Honestly those short stories fells like bad fan-fics.
Edit: I was hoping they killed off that overpowered one trick pony for good..../sigh
I hoped that too.

That's because they are. They're fan-fics that won a contest and were made canon. Frankly, I wish Skree had submitted his from Garrosh, that story being canon would had been AWESOME and it would had curbstomped the actual garrosh short story too.
There are a few that are good though, I kinda liked the one of Gelbin and specially the one about Lor'themar.

specially the one about Lor'themar.
That one was 50/50 in
MY OPINION
.
Lorthy not wanting to go to northrend and punch arthas in the face. Was bad, and so was Sylvanas blackmail.
Sylvanas seemed like someone who protects Quel'thalas not use them as canon fodder.
Not to mention I turned a Runestone on and killed lots of undead and
team rocket
Dar'khan.
But thats what I feel.
BTW, do you write fan-fics. And is there any you could recomend?

Ugh, I knew she was going to make a return appearance.

I liked Lilian Voss.
There aren't enough cool Forsaken characters that aren't blatantly evil anymore.

I Concur. Sure she's blatantly OP, but she runs on
Rule of Cool
and nothing else. Also, allow me a moment of pure honesty here: I wish my DK could do at least half the things she does.

So, what of the Zandalari?(off subject) Do you think that after repeatedly getting their heads handed to them and seeing Vol'jin rise to the title of Warchief, that they would see the error of their ways and offer allegiance to the Horde? Or do you think that blizzard will just continue to use them as cannon fodder for their "filler patches"?

One of my dislikes with Lilian Voss is her "to powerfull to live" background. It's not very original, and why should the scarlets worry of her power when they are basicaly screwed?
And the whole I sacrificed my childhood even thought undeads have only been around for 10 years make me SSJ...
I wish my DK could do at least half the things she does.I wish my hunter/dark ranger could do that.

You can never go off topic in a lore debate.
The thing is the zandalari don't see them self as wrong, and they see the darkspear as weak.
Thought it can happen. Dark iron have joined the alliance. Highborne have joined the alliance. Gilneas have joined the alliance.
But for example it may not happen, the high elves haven't joined the horde (yet).

Let's look at the battles so far;
We defeated the Amani and the Gurubashi in 4.2, but the Zandalari probably don't care if they fall or not. I wouldn't be surprised if the Zandalari wanted them simply for their gods. I think we maybe killed 20 Zandalari trolls.
They invaded Pandaria in Kun-lai Summit, but were repelled after taking the Thunder King. We could argue that not all of those were Zandalari trolls.
5.3; here the Zandalari allied themselves with the Mogu tribes, bringing the Gurubashi, Amani, Drakkari and Farakki tribes. We defeated them, and they fled from the Isle of Thunder. But the leader of the Zandalari wasn't even present for this battle. I believe that the Zandalari have been testing us, but haven't really begun their assault yet.

Since Vol'jin smashed their invasion plan at one point......really doubt it.

Pronunciation question: "aa" in Draenei names such as in Elsaana, Talaara, Sulaa, Maladaar, or Nemuraan, would be pronounced "ah" as in "ah, of course", correct?
Post by
Rankkor
Yes. The A in most draenei names I've seen is pronounced like the As of Amsterdam.

Yes. The A in most draenei names I've seen is pronounced like the As of Amsterdam. The funny thing here is that most Americans pronounce that city as "AM-ster-dam," with both As being pronounced like the a in "ham" or "bat."
Like this
.
Whereas in Spanish the sound would be pronounced as "ah" like "call" or "yacht."
I pronounced Draenic "aa" sounds as the latter.

But.... in spanish the only sound made by the A vowel is 100% identical to Call or Bat or Ham or yacht. All of those are pronounced the same in spanish.

We/I don't even know how to say "Dreanei". And I think that the only answer I can give is that we don't know. And if you want a clear answer then wait for a voiced script to reaveal the answer.

Adamsm
Um...Dre-an-ei; at least, that's how it sounds when the narrator in Azuremyst says the name.
