I wanted to read all the lore books too, that's why I bought the whole WotA trilogy.
And I can't even chew through the first book. I started it, go bored, and read two Dexter books instead and am 6 chapters into the third. That's how boring it is.

Can't find E-book versions anywhere?
tried like there's no tomorrow, but nope found nothing.
Rankorr seriously those are two awesome books...E-book version you must find.
T_T I know I know, everyone who has read those books has told me the same thing they are incredible.
specially rise of the horde, heck even one of the most hard-core horde-haters on this forum readed it and loved it. that should be a clear indication of how good and awesome it is.
but I just can't find them anywhere T_T (sadder face)
I did found some lore books, namely War of the ancients, lord of the clans, of blood and honor, circle of hatred, and the sunwell trilogy.
now regarding kanaak as a bad author...........
day of the dragon was BORING with a capital B.
sunwell was BORING with a capital B.
but war of the ancients was not.
sure the first pages were indeed boring but the book really picks up it's pace after the first 5 chapters or so.
by the time you reach the half of the first book (and getting there is hard due to how boring the start is) you're hooked.
I swear, I cound't stop reading, once the good stuff started, I just kept reading and reading, I finished all 3 books really fast (can't remember how fast I read them all last year)
point is, war of the ancients, may be kanaak's only good trilogy.
it really is not boring once you get the horrible first chapters out of the way.
day of the dragon was torture, I only read it because I needed to know what the heck happend to deathwing, that's all.

Great book... :D
Also, I'm working on my Spanish 2 course atm... :P

I can't stand to read it. Brox is the only character I even marginally like, and he's still whiny as hell for an orc, for no good reason.
I swear, I cound't stop reading, once the good stuff started, I just kept reading and reading, I finished all 3 books really fast (can't remember how fast I read them all last year)I was able to stop reading... :P In fact, I read two whole Dexter books before I could even pick up the first WotA one again... :P
I think the only Knaak work that I liked is the Thrall dream in Legends 5. Jaina and Magni's were lame.

sunwell was BORING with a capital B. Gotta disagree with you there Rank heh.
Jaina and Magni's were lameI agree on the Magni, but Jaina's was interesting... till the last panel anyways heh, she really can't pull off the Lich King look.

What was Thrall and Magni's dream? I'd read it myself, but I can't see myself finding a copy anytime soon.

hehehe indeed, mostly because english is sort of an universal language, if you learn for example chineese, it will be usefull where chineese is spoken, but not much.
english however is spoken everywhere, there's hardly any country left that doesn't have plp that speak english, so it's kinda convinient to speak it.
la cuidad de México. Es aburrida.
yup it is xD, you should see my city, Maracaibo, capital of Zulia, (since I'm from zulia this would make me a ZULIAN XD so yhea I farmed Zul'gurub to get the Zulian tiger, ya know it's tradition) now this is a true heck of a town :D hot sun, hot women, greatest beer ever, kick-ass lake, fantastic baseball team, :P
did you know there is a state in venezuela called "New Sparta"? xD my father is from there, yup I'm the son of a Spartan.

What was Thrall and Magni's dream? I'd read it myself, but I can't see myself finding a copy anytime soon.Magni's was him going to Blackrock and kill the Emperor of the Dark Iron and finds out his daughter is preggers with the next thane. Then suddenly we see this new Thane as he's all grown up, and Moira is preggers again.... only it's by Ragnaros this time lol.
Thrall's was heartbreaking; his nightmare was about trying to save Taretha, and watching her die again and again, till the final dream he used Blackmoore's own tactics, get's to the room, sees her alive, then he get's wine thrown in his face, and in a rage Thrall swings at the human who made his life hell..... and he hit Taretha instead.......

"Zando'zan has seen it! Yes, the day comes! Thrall's death... the dagger in his back, poison seeping through to his every vein... Zando'zan has said too much. "
That quote got me thinking. What will be the
Shattered Hand
's role in Cataclysm? With Thrall leaving Orgrimmar(willingly or forced) and Garrosh becoming the new Warchief. How will Orgimmars' team of rogues and assassins react to the upcoming change?
Will they follow Garrosh willingly?
Will they fight back and oppose Garrosh's rule?
Or maybe they were working with Garrosh all along. Could Zando'zan's preminition come true. Thrall's own soldiers betraying him and joining the new Warchief.
We still dont know how Garrosh comes to power in Cataclysm. An assassination attempt may really be in the future for Thrall.

You know Darkton, you are something of a biased Alliance fan-boy as well... I don't think either of you should be pointing fingers.

Heh, its not even worth telling a baised Horde-fan boy he is worng anymore, and I usualy have a lot of patience for that sort of thing.
He won't listen to me, so there really is nothing left to do but let him wallow in his own fantasy world.
and there is no point in arguing with a man who talks and doesn't walk, all you've said is pure fan-fic, no lore to back up your act.
the rest of the forum has seen and drew their own conclutions.
there is really nothing else to be said, varian was mind-controlled, since you can't prove otherwise, and the comic itself shows he was, then this matter is settled.
all talk no walk.
