It's be stretching it, Sargeras was the Champion almost from the beginning, and why the Titan's would set it that the man who's running around jailing the Demon's possessing the power of the demons themselves...

Fighting fire with fire? When was that ever a good idea? You fight fire with water.

Ragnoras VS Fire spirit. o_O

Highly unlikely, but if your lucky you might get the two fires to cancell each other out by forcing them to compete for resources.

Well, maybe because Sargeras was fighting shadow magic with shadow magic, he was easy to corrupt.
Therefore Aggramar would take the hint and use the opposite of shadow magic, so he's hard to corrupt.

So I was wondering something about the Twilight Dragons; are they going to be the equal of the Blacks in terms of Shapeshifting and identity stealing? I mean, the Twilights have a lot more magic built into them then your standard Blacks do, so you have to wonder if that's going to end up being a major play in Cataclysm: Exposing and hunting down the hidden members of the Black/Twilight Flight as they hide in plain sight as our own allies?
(sorry not sure if this belongs here or not, but rather then starting a thread about it, figured id start here, and can always expand if really needed.)

It's possible that the Twilights are on par with the Blacks in the whole shapeshifting/subterfuge area, but I would think the use of it would depend on how Deathwing wants to run things. Since he's going all out for Cataclysm, I'd imagine that the deception is essentially coming to a close, and being replaced by brute force. After all, he's tried the subtle route for a long time and it's essentially gotten him nowhere in his goals.
I see the Twilights being used as inciters of mass chaos, but in a rampant destruction sort of way.
I guess when your methods of deceit and infiltration fail, you can always make people bow down to you with the fear of death.

Double post, but meh. Had a thought.
Talking about Med'an and his powers.
The Spirits(Garona....somehow)
Could this point to a possible Shamanistic path that Garona might take in the Future?
Post by
Adamsm
Yeah, I was thinking about that: Shaman abilities from her "father" and the Light from her mother(the draenei). Maybe when they finally break the locks around her mind, she might be able to take up the path of shamanism.
Edit: And this might help with that whole "Garona and Thrall" hooking up thing, both of them being shamans and the like heh.

That is
exactly
what I was thinking.

But then like I said before; you'd have Varian and Jaina partnering up to hunt down Garona.... Varian for revenge, Jaina cause that "Half-breed skank" stole ma man! lol.

Jaina wouldn't be very pleased...

But Shamanism isn't hereditary, nor can it really be "learned" in a traditional sense. The spirits choose you or they don't.
Besides, Garona is one of the greatest assassins Azeroth has ever seen (apparently; she was in-game during the Beta asone of the leaders of Ravenholdt and has all sorts of rogue stuff named after her). It seems to me that she'd stick to that path.

Would she though? I mean yeah she's good at it, but seeing as nearly every kill was done under the orders of the Shadow Council....... maybe she wants to give it up, try a path of life instead of death. And I just meant more that it was likely Med'an's connection to the spirits are coming from his orc half, which is why I said Garona, for the others that are part of what Hivolt quoted: I put Medivh for the Arcane and his draenei hertiage for the Light.... which still techincally comes from his mother's side of the family.
See, this is why Garona is interesting to me, and Med'sue as well, just because he helps to create questions about his mother.

I'm just not really expecting it.
