/facepalm.
Sorry for Mr Kosak, but he's completely clueless.
Theramoore isn't a military target, that was a CITY. True, it had an extremely important military value to the alliance, but it was also the home of MANY innocents, and even though these innocents escaped, it was NOT due to Garrosh, it was due to Baine, who had to send his messenger secretly, or deal with Garrosh's Rage.
His plan was to use the mana bomb on the city from the start, the civilians making a run for it was not a part of his plans and he would definetly would had launched it even if baine hadn't send a warning about said attack.
one of hte comments in twitter said it best:
In ToW, Garrosh didn't have any way to know that the civs had been evacuated. He dropped the bomb regardless.
words of truth.
Also, in regards to Sky Admiral Rodgers saying every civilian in Theramore died:
"Sky Admiral Rogers has a chip on her shoulder!"
Well no sh*t sherlock!

Thing with that is that Theramore was the base of the military operations in Kalimdor. Was there civilians there? Sure. Like there are civilians in Nijel's Point and you still firetornado the @#$% out of it.
Garrosh's point is "children" - anyone else is fair game.
Are you sure Nijel's Point had civilians? that didn't looked like a town to me. It barely even qualified as a minor scouting outpost. Neither did the Sentinel Headquarters that got conquered. Taurajo however, apart from housing hunters, was a civilian town. As is Astranaar. Attacking either is morally wrong.
Acording to wowpedia, Lands of Mistery has this description of Nijel's Point:
Nijel's Point is one of the only Alliance camps in Desolace, overseen by the Alliance military and led by Captain Pentigast.
Notice how it says CAMP, and overseen by MILITARY. Not a city. Not a village. No civilians.
Theramoore may have housed a large amount of military operations in Kalimdor, but it was also one of the largest civilian towns in Kalimdor, and had they not been warned by Baine and evacuated on time, they would had been more victims of genocide.

Ok so this is a potential spoiler (even though it actually doesn't spoil anything) but
here
is the final quest of the 5.2 branch of Wrathion's Legendary quest. Read at your own risk.
Main reason I'm bringing this up, is because previously, you could sort of tell what would happen on the next patch, based on what wrathion says on his final quest. On the 5.0 branch, he says that the quest will continue once your faction lands on pandaria on patch 5.1, thus revealing that in the next patch, both factions would land in force on the continent.
On the 5.1 branch, his last quest says that we must wait for our faction to make a move against the Zandalari and the Mogu in 5.2, therefore revealing that the next patch would be a troll/mogu patch LONG before blizz actually revealed anything.
But on the 5.2 branch, he doesn't really reveals anything. As you can see on that last quest in the 5.2 branch, we now must wait for our faction to "make their move". What does he mean by that? what move? no idea.
Bear in mind that as far as the devs go, 5.3 is gonna be another raid-less patch, meaning we still have THREE content patches to go before the horde can finally have that cancer removed.

As far as I know I won't be able to do the content so... yeah. The spoilers are welcome.
why not? this has got to be THE most casual-friendly legendary chain I've ever seen. It will take a long time to complete if you don't raid, but its doable.
Because the item drops also fall on LFR difficulty, which is so easy you can do it with your eyes closed.
For example, I already completed the 5.0 branch, and are currently mid-way through the 5.1 branch (still need another 3k valor points)

That's the thing though I don't raid and would likely even fail LFR and get booted or some %^&*. I don't trust the WoW community to offer an environment where I will be able to even do so.
Dude, have you actually DONE the LFR?. For your comment, I'm gonna go ahead and guess not.
I don't raid either, I'm super-casual, and even I got to complete the first branch of the legendary quest, and making good progress on the other half now.
LFR is SUPER-DUPER-EASY, and there is absolutely no reason to NOT do it. Its hardly even fair to call them a "raid". They're more like 25man heroic 5mans :P
If that even made any sense. >_>
Just now, I tanked Terrace of the Endless Springs, in LFR, with what has to be the most stupid offtank ever, the guy was a bear druid but wearing 2 cloth pieces, in feral DPS spec, we also had 3 AFKs, and 1 healer who was DPSing, as well as 4 DPS that were doing less damage than me (the tank) AND also doing less damage than the aforementioned healer which refused to heal and instead was DPSing in Disc Spec.
We still oneshoted all the bosses.
And terrace of the endless is the "hardest" of the whole bunch.

To put it in perspective, I frequently see people AFK for the whole raid, because you can't kick people during and for sixty-seconds after combat. You won't get kicked, and as long as you're not the tank, no one will even get on you.
Just don't be the tank. They do catch a lot of flak if they don't know what they're doing.

On the other hand of the spectrum, do a great job as a tank, and people (and the game) treat you like a living God.
Tanks are the Rock Stars of Azeroth =D
(/proud to be tank)

Pff, healing's where it's at. It feels so good to save a raid from wiping because you managed to triage well and fast enough to keep everyone alive. And then those precious two words in /ra: "good heals."
Healing isn't super hard, you get to stand back and actually watch the fight, and everyone loves you. Best role ever.

I love healing as well.
Same in TF2. Medic is so fun if I'm with a friend. You become revered.
