Except the corruption from the Old Gods was whispers only; they merely reached what was already there. He wanted more power then he originally had, and over the years, the things he's done has been for himself and just barely his flights. He's long gone past the point of being redeemed, and he needs to be killed; I just hope he'll give N'Zoth a big FU when he does it.

Hm, well first he created the Demon Soul, sealed away the power of the Four Other Aspects so they couldn't fight him, wiped out the Blue flight and zapped a huge portion of the others, attempted to kill Malfurion Stormrage, and had a great big moment of pure awesome when he took the attacks of the Three, the Legion and the Highborne trying to get his trinket back; that's all just the start of his reign of terror during the War of the Ancients.
Off and on, has been terrorizing the world and the other flights, till the time of the Second War when he led the Orcs to the Demon Soul and helped them capture Alexstraza to use as a living weapon for the Horde...and to get some revenge on her.
Manipulated Lordaeron, trying to take over the country and become it's king by legitimately marrying Arthas older sister while pretending to be Davol Prestor..oh and just for fun, was secretly controlling the original Dragonmaw to steal all of the Red Flight eggs there, and to turn Alexstraza into his own personal broodmare.
Was partially responsible for the destruction of Draenor since he helped Ner'zhul, the original first generation Death Knights, and the remnants of the Horde steal the items needed to open up new portals off the dying world....and he was planning on taking it over with his Black Flight.
Just before the start of Wrath, manipulated his only living consort, who he had burned and scarred when mating with her after his body started leaking lava. She in turn, created the Twilight Flight, which was forged from the energy of his 'children' the Netherwings...and he really didn't seem to care all that much since he got what he wanted.
During Wrath, put two of his children in place to distract the Wyrmrest Accord and had another of his sons, and the first three successful Twilight Dragons take over the Obsidian shire...then did it again with the Ruby one but was stopped.
And of course, the massive game he has been playing with the factions since Cata dropped: Destroying things, setting the Elemental Lords loose in the world, working with the Twilight Hammer, and since Twilight of the Aspects, helped to create a perfect Chromatic dragon that supposedly is meant to kill the Aspects.
And through it all, he's been having fun.

Going back a few pages, in response to Adamsm's "You must be a dragon to become an Aspect," then why at Blizzcon did the panel say Thrall could potentially be the next Aspect of Earth (or a replacement at the very least)?
Blizzard never said that; that was more crap off the rumour mill, who took the title of Golden's book Twilight of the Aspects, and created false information from it.
And honestly, I always thought Deathwing had already seduced the Stonemother, since he spent time in Deepholme healing, and we know how she feels about outsiders.
I think you quoted the wrong part...
Also, I
suggest reviewing this series of videos
. They did indeed hint towards it at the very least iirc.
Edit: Actually, I'm probably not going to take those words to heart anyways. I have my own way to end the Deathwing fight.
even insane, he's still good at talking people around to his ideals, especially when he plans to betray them.
And whom he doesn't plan to betray eventually, I wonder?
I'm still seeing him turn on N'Zoth at the end.
He's still gonna die though.
Uh...right?

Actually, I guess it was 'right' in that Thrall, being a shaman, did take over the position for Earth Warder during a spell the Aspects cast to take down Chromatus....but beyond that, will never actually had a mortal rise up to take a dragon's place.
And yes, Deathwing will die to the Flights, and the Heroes of Azeroth, but it will be after he does a massive FU to N'Zoth, similar to how he went against the Three during WotA and tried to get the Demon Soul back which they need to hold open the Portal so they could escape their prisons.

Oh I won't deny that. I think it'll be much more subtle than what some might expect though.

To be honest, we know have 3 dragons who went/will go completely freaking mad, so I don't even get why it'd be so bad that mortals could take the position.
Because...
Oh wait, no one explicitly said so. The titans can do whatever the &*!@ they want.

What I'm wondering is that since the Old Gods can do that to Mechanical beings, would it be theoretically possible that their counterparts, the Titans, be able to cure Undeath?
Well, we also know that the Titans can "cure" the CoF by turning the seed races back into machines. The question is: Can they do that to undeath? The Titans seem to be much more opposed to the Old Gods than the Legion, as nearly every outpost/city/prison complex we've seen, that have been built by the Titans, are for Old Gods, not their sworn enemies: The Legion.
Necromancy came from the Legion, yet we've seen no evidence that the Titans can counter Legion magic.
I'm going to say no, for now. They MAY be able to turn undead back into machines, then repair the machine (since undead generally have biological damage, I'd assume being returned to a machine would leave some residual damage), but there's no way to return to being a living creature.

And I don't think the Titans could undo undeath...if that was so, Necromancy wouldn't be such a problem, as it is a primary weapon of the Dreadlords, who has been the longest running demonic race in the universe.

ok, so I saw for the very first time Kung Pow and OH MY GOD! how the hell did I missed this movie in 2002? IT WAS BLOODY HILLARIOUS
This particular line had me laughing uncontrollably for over 15 minutes
OK, so here were my options - A.) Quickly duck sideways, dodge the claw, then take him out with a spinning back kick, or B.) Take the claw in the face, then roll on the ground and die. (proceeds to take claw to the face) Hmm, should've gone with A.
LOL

That being said, was there ever a mention that the Titans constructed their, well, installations in their own image and technology? Because that'd imply the Titans are mechanical in nature which would be pretty awesome, I think.
Considering their descriptions, and the fact that the Watchers of Storm Peaks, the female giants(Ironya, the Maidens, the Princess in Arathi) and Guardian of Uldaman are all suppose to have been created in the image of the Titans, I think they could be some type of living steel beings.

Is it just me, or does the
bottom left armor
look a lot like the current DK PvP sets? (specifically because of the shoulder and help horns)

I'm pretty sure he's the villain from FF1. Chaos I think?
But yes, it does look a lot like it.
