well, a while back someone showed us what the alliance version of mount rushmore would look like.
So, to equal things up a bit, here's the
Horde Version
What? No Sylvanas?

I know, someone added 2 warchiefs in there :P I'd be fine if Garrosh was replaced by Lorthemar theron in there, and both him and Sylvannas (the shame of the horde, both of them) be left out.

here's some food for tought, already discussed this a bit with funden ingame, is it posible for worgens to transform other races?
Because I was doing an alliance quest in stonetalon, and there, a gnome wanted to be a worgen, but the main worgen in charge said it was imposible. And I ask, why would that be imposible?
The original worgens weren't even humans, they were elves, just as they permanently transformed into worgens and then bit humans and infected them, they can bite someone else (or provide them with their blood) and make them transform too.
In what part the worgen curse became a human-exclusive thing? since its not even related to humans at all.

Maybe it can't affect those created by the titans like gnomes and dwarves. Humans were not created by the curse of flesh after all.

It's entirely possible only humans have the right mishmash of genetic whatever to be able to transform back and forth without losing themselves to the other form.

maybe only humans can transform back because even in this game
Humans are Special
but what exactly prevents other races to become full worgen?

Going off of Curse of the Worgen: 1. Need to call on the Feral Wolf form. 2. Need the Scythe of Elune and the Blessing of the Alpha Pack leader. 3. Be willing to give up everything and just lose yourself to the feral aspect of yourself.
Even those that the Alpha of the Worgen pack in the comic were converting were transformed into the worgen type that were stuck in just one form and not able to shift back into their Gilnean form afterward....though, that may have been why the Alpha wanted the Scythe, to try to bring it about.

O Rly?
As for the actual topic; I think he means "impossible" as in he will not allow it.
I am a firm believer that any race can be worgenized, except Undead possibly.

Then those would be the mindless ones again.

you forget one thing bro'
When we (the players) get turned into worgens, we simply get bitten, and the infection does the rest, we (the players) become feral and mindless, and yet we (the players) recovered our minds by drinking the potion made by Krennan.
The whole ritual with the scyte was just so we weren't dependant on that serum to remain sane, and to allow us to hide the feral side for a while. (Though, how did Genn managed to turn human without said ritual beats me)
I still think any race (minus undeads) can be turned into a worgen if they are bitten, or if they drink their blood, then they'd have to drink Krennan's potion to regain their sanity, and undergo the scyte ritual to make it permanent.
Coming to think of it, the people in Fenris island (wow, the name really became meaningfull in cata) drank Crowley's blood, became worgens, and didn't went batshit insane or anything (then again, they weren't bitten, they drank a vial of blood, he could had laced that blood with krennan's potion before giving it to them)
Seriously, you mean to tell me that if a worgen bites, or gives his blood to a dwarf, or an orc, nothing will happen? no transformation? I dont buy it. Anyone who is bitten becomes a worgen, that is why they are so feared, if it was a human-exclusive thing, they wound't be te boogieman they are in wow.

No, I bet they would transform into Worgen, but it would be the same types that we saw in Vanilla in Duskwood and the Howling Vale in Ashenvale; saw that in the Curse of the Worgen too during the War of the Satyr in the past: Alpha and his forces attacked the Night Elves as well, and they transformed into the mindless ones after being bitten. They never said if they did the ritual for them after or not, but considering that Alpha was insane, guessing not. Even the Argual Worgen were different from the standard ones, which we saw in old Silverpine and Grizzly Hills as well; capable of transformation, but still under control of the one who did it. But it's not in game because of the fact that it would be confusing after a while; same as there should be other undead then just human skeletons with the Forsaken.

No, I bet they would transform into Worgen, but it would be the same types that we saw in Vanilla in Duskwood and the Howling Vale in Ashenvale ya but it can be fixed by drinking Krennan's elixir. The playable worgens start feral and unable to transform at first, and yet they get their chances later on.

maybe not, Krenna's elixir was tailor made for the human condition, it would likely take a whole kind of different potion (and much more time and effort on behalf on alchemists) to successfully create a potion that would work with the orc, gnome, or dwarven genome.

They get the chance to transform after undergoing the Ritual as well though.

The ritual seems more a way of sort of bridging the gap within the two halves though, whereas the potion pulls the human mind to the fore but not their body.
In addition, perhaps once they undergo the ritual biting or clawing no longer transfers their curse, so the drinking of the blood has to be done instead to have the effect.

Only for those who drink the potion; again, the Worgen in the past passed on the curse through biting after they underwent the Scythe ritual.

It may be a different case for humans though.
