They seem to be trying to do good, but messing with time is a bad idea.

Because the Culling leads to the Blood Elves and Illidan rising.

I am sad.
The romance novels aren't official lore, confirmed by Blizzard themselves (they did say that the Dal coins, however, WERE, so...)
I don't understand that, lol. How the heck did Teron get to Dalaran? :P

Didn't he lead the onslaught when the Eye was captured?

Um... can't remember. Still, you'd hardly have time for a quick visit down to the fountain to throw in a gold coin. :P

Pretty sure we'll find a dude with a twelve-inch pianist in-game.
Whether you'll be able to walk back after finding him, however...

So in The Culling of Stratholme.
Why do the Infinite Dragonflight want to stop Arthus from purging the city? Are they "good" guys or trying to be?
And why do we stop them?
I don't see it as such a bad thing.
But meh, time can be a tricky thing.
The whole point of the Infinite Dragonflight is to prevent bad things from happening in Azeroth (well, bad things and Thrall's escape), but it's implied that these things would have even worse consequences.
I'm pretty sure technically the Infinite Dragonflight interfered at Mt. Hyjal...(on the record the wisps came very very late).
Isn't that REALLY bad?

They didn't interfere in Mt Hyjal; there were no Infinite Flight members there, and none of the Keepers ever found them; go do the 3 hour tour and they tell you that there isn't a presence there, but they weren't sure why the raid dungeon was open.
We know of course, it was just there for the fun of doing the Battle.

been doing the new dailie quest "Protectors of Hyjal" and the words must be said:
best
dailie
EVER
the quest itself is quite simple at first glance, you must go to a section of hyjal where several elite mobs are, and kill 6 of them. Upon arrival, you see that they are actually quite powerfull, with over 800k Health each.
however you are provided with 4 NPC escorts to help you in battle, a bear druid that will tank the mob for you (has tons of health and can hold aggro quite well) A cat druid to help you DPS them down, a Balance druid to also help you DPS it down (for some weird reason this druid wont go into boomkin form) and a resto druid to heal you and your other Escort NPCs.
These druids go into travel form if you use a ground mount, and into flight form if you use a flight mount.
but sometimes, if you are lucky, you get an extra NPC, and this NPC............ is just about EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER IN THE ENTIRE GODDAMN GAME.
just about everyone who's anyone can come up here, you could make a drinking game out of how many cameos show up. Each has quite a nice collection of quotes both when they join you, when you fight together, and when you part your ways.
So far the NPCs I've seen include: Linken, Hemet nesgwary, Overlord Cromush, Koltira, Thassarian, Nat Pagle, Mankrik, Mog'dorg the wizened, Maximillian of Northshire, Chrommie, The paladin pals, King Mrgl-Mrgl, choluna, norsala, Zen'tabra, Celestine of the harvest, Tony two-tusk, Marshal Gryan Stoutmantle and TONS MORE.
hell, there's even an
achievement
for /waving at the most famous of all the NPCs you meet, even if they are escorting someone else.
Wow, just wow, this is by far the BEST dailie EVER, since you never know what combination of NPCs u're gonna have. Sadly you can only have 1 random NPC at a time, you either get 4 druids, or 3 druids + Famous NPC to give you a hand.
and here's the cherry on top of the tree: they aren't faction exclusive. IT seems that the alliance and horde have placed their "Fourth War" on hold for the moment, as I type this, I had on my alliance rogue on the PTR none other than Overlord Cromush help me out, and on my horde warrior on the PTR have Thassarian.
It must be said a thousand times over:
BEST
DAILIE
EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@Above: That sounds totally AWESOME! Chromie and I can finally fight together :)
I hope the Firelands patch will be exciting. Sad though that there won't be any new 5mans (unless I am mistaken).
