But, as you no doubt remember, Sargeras doesn't have to wait for the baby to be born to possess it. The only question is whether he can go from the father, into the mother, into the baby, rather than just from into the mother into the baby.
That's what I meant though; I think the Avatar 'died' too fast for him to pull off the same trick; when Aegwynn 'killed' during the Dragonhunt time period, his body slowly turned to stone while he mocked her, telling her he wasn't really 'dead'; during that time was probably when he cast the spell.
When Lothar cut off Medivh's head, it was from behind while he was focused solely on draining the life out of Khadgar so he didn't have a chance to 'protect' himself; probably wasn't enough time with the limitations of a mortal body to cast the soul jump spell again.

I mean, Med'an's conception is really the only time he could have jumped bodies, and that was before Medivh was killed.
Of course, if Sargeras was within Med'an, we might have expected him to have a nightmare/overload/coma episode like Medivh.

Possible...except he was 'Sargeras' during the final confrontation with Khadgar, Lothar and Garona; possible he split himself among them, but even if he did leave a deadly 'daddy birthday' present in Med'an, I don't think he had the time to activate it...now at some future point, if another Avatar of Sargeras goes up against Med'an, we might have to worry about that.....
And yeah; Medivh's hit him when he first used his full power back in the day; Med'an has done the same and nothing unfortunate happened to him...well, beyond losing his Grandmother.

The timeline is very difficult. We've been going with the unofficial timeline for the most part, at least until Cataclysm and World of Warcraft: Shaman, which seem to have reestablished a baseline for modern times at least.

Sargeras could have been in everything within Medivh. Including his you-know-what.

Hey, can you guys help me out? I saw Rexxar in Org during the Pre-cata event, and it was pretty exciting. From what I've gathered, every district has it's own "Guardian" of sorts.
Here's what I've figured out so far:
Garrosh guards the Valley of Strength
Rexxar guards the Valley of Honor
Vol'jin guards the Valley of Spirits
Baine guards the Spirit Rise
Cairne guards the middle of Thunder Bluff
Aponi Brightmane guards the Hunter Rise
Varian Wrynn guards the Trade District
Jaina guards the Mage District
Can anyone else help me compile a list? Seeing Rexxar brought in all the way from Outland makes me excited for who else might be a part.

Hey guys, just stopping by with a quick question.
Anyone know if Dragons can actuallt go into "half" forms like Onyxia does in this video.

Yes, I understand it is a fan video, but it sorta makes me wonder.

Although, based on Knaak's descriptions at least, when they transform into humanoids or vice-versa, their bodies physically shift from one to the other. So it's possible that if you killed one mid-transformation, you'd be left with a half-humanoid corpse, though probably not like the one in the video.

Hi, every now and then I come across problems when RP-ing and don't know how to play them out. So I have a couple o' questions.
1. Health Potions.
Always had a problem with these, do you drink them or pour on the wound, how fast do they work, are there any limits, do you ever use them? How wrong would this be / What would you change:
"(Player One) notices the man cut from his chest, he quickly takes grabs a vial with red fluid from his bag and pours it all on the man's wound, hoping for the best"
2. Mana Potions.
Never understood these, never used them, do they replenish your strength, assuming that spells exhaust you or what do they do in your mind.
"The mage can feel her powers renew from drinking the potion, she then concentrates as she prepares to shoot her enemies with fire"
3. Aquatic Form.
Let's say a druid was skilled and could transform into one in water. Now, he sure looks more like a walrus or a seal to me, could he breathe underwater and stay there forever or just for around 5 - 30min. ( Much like a seal or a walrus) Also, could he breathe outside water?
4. Portals.
How long do they take, 1 min = Roughly 1 zone? Instant? More? Can they only be made from a location where a portal is to another portal, by saying this I mean... a portal could be made to the middle of the desert if another mage was there to... "end the portal" Could the portal end up just about anywhere if the caster didn't concentrate
(TURN OF EVENTS INC)
5. Sailing.
EVERYONE must've ignored this once or twice in their life or RP-ing, how long would a voyage from Booty Bay to Ratchet take, roughly, my guess would be around... from a week to a month. If you have your own ideas, feel free to post them.
6. Strip Search!
Well not exactly, but still, say you were new in town and wanted to go to the Stormwind Keep or Cathedral would they check you for weapons and remove those? I've never played with this rule, just an idea.
That's all I have for now, thanks in advance for any answer that might be given, also soz, not good in English.
