Btw, I got The Shattering today, and I'm almost finished. I'll probably make a few comments on it once I do.

Just finished Twilight Highlands yesterday and Rexxar is nowhere to be seen. :-(
Amazing
zone though, and very lore-heavy.
Oh and as a side note:
Al'akir finally got a model
... Is anyone surprised that he looks like Ragnaros?

yhea =( and no sign of Saurfang either. Come on blizz, where are our heroes? are you seriously gonna leave us with ONLY garrosh? first thrall goes to the maelstrom, to never be seen again, then cairne dies, then Drek'thar is old and in a wheelchair, Rexxar is MIA; and so is saurfang U_U
and the only horde leads showing up everywhere are the ones embarrasing us (Sylvannas and Garrosh)
Oh and as a side note: Al'akir finally got a model... Is anyone surprised that he looks like Ragnaros?
it doesn't surprises me, what does surprises me and dissapoints me too, is that Therazane doesnt.
honestly, I wanted her to also have the whirlwind thingie that all elemental lords have, instead we have a fatwoman with a heart-shaped pink stone in her bellybuttom of her GIANT belly.
/facepalm

Well, so much for Metzen's ideas about
Garrona becoming a possible love interest for Thrall
.
He already has a mate.

Well, so much for Metzen's ideas about Garrona becoming a possible love interest for Thrall.Dude, don't spoil it. I've read it, but a lot of people haven't.
Edit: Holy crap,
look what I found
... Apparently this is in the
Collector's Edition Art Book
.
I mean, obviously such things might happens in the Warcraft universe (as is hinted in descriptions of things like half-orcs and half-human-half-ogres), and fans like myself tend to imagine the Azeroth as a gritty, realistic place (as opposed to the T-rated place we see in the games), but I never imagined that any of the artists would actually draw something like that, and certainly not publish it...

My bad. That's why I didn't expressly name her on the forum. If it would be better not to even post anything about it I can delet teh post.
I've seen worse in the books.
This was in the Warcraft Two; Tides of Darkness manual
. And, before it,
this
and
this
appeared in the
Warcraft; Orcs and Humans
manual.

I'll be honest: I'm highly dissapointed with the model. Looks too much like Thundarian for me, I was hoping for something more like the image they have of him on Wowwiki atm (too lazy to link). A destructive, insane, tornado is how I've always seen him. This one seems to elegant.

skree, yo, log on MSN bro'Eh, as much as I thought Jaina and Thrall would be good for eachother, it just wouldn't have worked. Not as long as Thrall was Warchief. He'd have dozens of angry orc youths breaking down his door to try and challenge the "human-loving weakling," and the strife could cause a civil war. Even if he truly did love Jaina that way, he couldn't throw the Horde in such turmoil for her, and that's not even mentioning what the Alliance would do. There'd be some members of the Alliance that would call it "treason" and use it as grounds to take her out of power, and possibly claim Theramore in the process.
As much as I think they could be happy together, it's just too risky. If they weren't such important leaders it might be possible, and many years in the future it might be possible, but not now.
And I can't get on MSN at the moment because I'm on my mom's laptop. Also, rank, could you edit Morec's spoiler out of your post?
And Morec, I missed part of your previous post. The spoiler wasn't saying he had a mate (although that
is
a spoiler), but rather linking to her on Wowwiki, where someone can just hover over the link and see who it is.

I didn't even know it had come out. I should buy it, but I don't want to spend $35+ for it.
I'll wait for paperback.
