Hmm...
Shamans for one. There's a quest in Howling Fjord, and another (iirc) in Dragonblight where a shaman gives you a potion to make you see spirits (a draenei and walrus man, again iirc).
And I would imagine Blood Elves and Forsaken would as well. Blood Elves becase they use drugs (some drug plant you can get in Eversong) and the Forsaken becase they spend so much time around their alchemical experiments.

races that use alucinogens......
well any race that has shamans really, there's this quest in nagrand where you get to make and drink a potion that allows you to speak with Mother Kashur.
also some of those Mojo from the trolls "seem" to exibit some alucinogenic properties (wich explain why they can induce dementia in so many people)
I don't think the bloodthistle is considered an allucinogenic, since all it does is sate the magical hunger of the elves, it doesn't causes them to freak out, elves are mana-crack-heads, but their drugs don't cause them to see stuff that isn't there (then again, when they are "high" they truly feel like almighty gods, like the first boss from magister terrace)
I don't think forsakens count, because while yes they spend a lot of time next to chemicals do note that they use gas masks, and even if they didn't they are dead, alucinations and other chemical induced euphoria is something they can no longer experience (heck they can't even taste food or smell anymore)
last but not least, Dwarves and Pandarens are REALLY fond of beer, and any form of alcholic drinks, wich in large amounts can and will cause allucinations during your drunken stupor :P

Good news everyone!
I've just invented a circular disc made of plastic that will allow me to play Starcraft 1 on my computer!
Once I complete this game, I hope to get to work on Starcraft 2! For the Swarm!

Well, the undead are attacking Gilneas. What goes around...My tribe had nothing to do with what happened to Gilneas... ;_;

No, but it had to do with the Horde. And the Shatterspear joined the Horde.Because they needed strong allies so that the Night Elves wouldn't just bulldoze over them now that they had need of the land and resources.
Most night elves detest trolls. To them, Trolls are the savage primitives who they conquered long ago. That's why they hate the idea that they are descended from them so much.
Most characters have no problem with wiping out the Sandfury trolls, or the Amani trolls, or the Gurubashi trolls, or the Drakkari trolls, etc... They wouldn't have a problem marching right into the Shatterspears lands and taking them just because they're trolls.
On top of that, there's the fact that the Shatterspears have land and resources that the Elves need for the War. It'd be foolish to assume that the Night Elves will pass up that opportunity on principle alone.
When the Horde came along and said "Hey, will give you some troops and weapons and siege engines to defend your land if you let us move through it," the Shatterspears options were, A) accept, and try to defend themselves against the coming conflict with the help of the Horde, or B) turn away the Horde (taking the risk of making
another
enemy that might consider bulldozing them over and taking their land for strategic purposes), sit on their thumbs, and hope to the Loa that the Night Elves would be nice people and not come and take their easy-to-take land.

A) accept, and try to defend themselves against the coming conflict with the help of the Horde,
And how did that work out for them?Well, it seems that the Horde has failed to uphold their end of the bargain.
Point is, option B was even more suicidal than option A.
And besides, the Night Elves could easily have taken the land for strategic purposes and at the same time taken prisoners of war (as is the right thing to do in war).
However, instead, they're doing this:
"
...see to it that every last building is destroyed and every last troll killed. We can't have them coming back for revenge when we're less prepared, can we?
"
That's who you're defending at the moment. You're saying "those Shatterspears had it coming. If they didn't want the night elves to commit genocide on them, they shouldn't have agreed to harbour the Horde."

Well, the Shatterspears should have seen to it that the Horde had stuck to their promise before going and taking a risk like that. The Shatterspears joined the Horde - the Horde are against the Alliance in Cataclysm - and therefore against the Night elves. How exactly do you "see to it" that a much stronger and better armed faction sticks to their promises? Do you say "Move your troops into my village and then we'll be your allies..."? Because I don't think that would work.
Instead, the Shatterspears said "Alright, we'll be your allies, just get your troops in here quick so the elves don't kick us our of our homes and take the nice things we have that they want." And the Horde agreed to be allies, but did not reinforce the trolls sufficiently. The trolls can't be blamed for that.
And besides, what if the Horde said "Alright, you don't want to be our friend? Then we'll just take that juicy strategically valuable land you have."
The Horde could have used Shatterspear for a base from which to launch an attack on the Night Elves from. There are already enough Horde forces in the area, more would have surely meant danger to the night elves. The night elves probably attacked the Shatterspear first to make sure that they couldn't attack them.Indeed, the Elves had to take away the Horde's advantage there.
They didn't, however, have to try to kill the whole tribe down to the last troll.
In addition, like I've said before, the elves would most likely have attacked the trolls regardless of their joining the Horde, just because they were dirty savage trolls and were sitting on top of valuable land and resources.
