Also I think because nobody like Garrosh originally Blizzard decided to pin Sylvanas up as the leader eveybody hates, while also changing Garrosh (again) so he can be a hero when he kills Sylvanas once and it all. (And/or sends us to do it)

(And/or sends us to do it)Nah, Blizzard never wanted us to like Garrosh, at least until Cataclysm.
And really don't want to hate Sylvanas. To me, she's a metaphorical rape victim (think about it, she was physically, mentally, and emotionally violated and dominated by a cruel male figure and is unable to recover), and I feel bad for her, not hate for her. I hate the person who made her this way. If/when we have to go kill her finally, it'll be like Ol' Yeller for me. I really like Sylvanas, but if she gets any sicker than she already is (and I mean sick in a literal sense, not meaning "disgusting"), then I'll just have to go put her down.
Of course, Adams will be jumping for joy and rubbing it in my face... :\

I wouldn't rub it in anyone's face heh. As for Godfry... that's more or less confirmed by some stuff in Beta; of course, he's not a 'hero' by any stretch heh, he does betray the Worgen Gilneans and try to wipe them out before his original death, which is probably why Sylvanas ordered him revived in the first place... and it bit her on the ass as he killed her, even if it was only for a little while. I'm sure being brought back to life again is affecting her... but she started on her path to Lich Queen before that heh; I mean, the Val'kyr are the ones to bring her back.

So is Magni turning to stone confirmed then? I was reading in Wowwiki and the information is up there...

yhea, it's confirmed, same goes for the new ruler of Ironforge, the "Council of the Three Hammers", made of Muradin Bronzebeard representing the Bronzebeards of Ironforge, Moira Thaurisian representing the Thaurisian clan from Shadowforge (Can you say IRONY?) , and Kurdran Wildhammer representing....... do I have to say it?
They did said that Magni is NOT dead, he is Petrificated (and no, not the "mobile stone" condition when he enters Avatar mode, I'm talking about 100% solid inmobile stone here) but maybe after some time he will be freed from this condition.
so, Dwarves are sort of like the orcs on CATA, they will have a temporal leader while their main leader is.......... away ATM. (Main diference being Thrall actually doing something important, and Magni just chilling by being "Stoned")
xD get it? stoned...... ohh yhea I'm so clever xD

it's very ironic to me :P she is the daugher of the king of the Bronzebeard clan, SWORN enemy of the Dark iron clan, and yet there she is, representing a clan that has been the enemy of her family and people for the past 300 years or so. :P

And we still fight the Dark Irons in Cata... just not those who follow her. It looks like it's more a civil war among the dark cousins, and Moira wisely heads home to keep her faction(and her bouncing bundle of joy) alive; which brings the other group into conflict with the Bronzebeards again.

Heh =P
And as for Magni, supposedly his petrification was part of a deal with the Elements, in exchange for the Bronzebeard dwarves being granted shamanism (or so I've gathered).
So he is doing something useful. And if we don't free him I'll be pissed.

meh, relax, I bet u 1000g that he gets freed sooner or later, come on, being stoned aint no way for a dwarf to go down, maybe a drunken haze, but seriously, "Death by stoned" aint really the most fitting way for any dwarf to die.
also, the whole "Dwarven shamans are born out of Magni's sacrifice" isn't confirmed, as I saw, Magni went to Old Ironforge to try and prevent the cataclysm in the first place, but all he managed to do was save Ironforge from the cataclysm, wich otherwise could had split the mountain in 2.
Dwarven shamans already exist, the Wildhammer clan, and them becoming closer to the ironforge explains enough how there's shamans in the game (same as night elven mages existing because the Highborne return to their people)

True (which is what my views were already when people claimed draenei were teaching the Bronzebeards shamanism).

Aye, differing accounts from different websites. What I posted came from Wowwiki, and my understand was that they didn't let unconfirmed Cataclysm info in there. Of course somebody might just be late in deleting it.

Precisely. If that's
not
the explanation, Blizzard are just slacking. :P

I don't think they were being totally serious, especially when we know that the Wildhammers are joining the Alliance again come Cata.
