Oh really? sounds weird. Hope it was the original WotA (not Knaak's).

^ I don't think I could tolerate fighting alongside the ginger-but-still-attractive-modest mage who can hear night elves stepping on their woods in his sleep or an angst-filled orc who happens to get an axe crafted for him by Cenarius before going to kill a mountain of demons and then injuring Sargeras himself. Oh, not to mention the defiled Tyrande.

Damn it, I've been praying that it wouldn't be WoTA.
But at least the Cho'gall bit is interesting. Kinda makes it pointless to continue my boss fight for him, though...

Heh, the problem is, the only other 'active' human king is now a Worgen; they need to bring back the other leaders of the nations and transform the humans into more of a council thing, with one military leader(which would be Varian, as that's what Blizzard set him up as over the course of Wrath); as there are two Trollbanes still alive, the Alterac cousin from Day of the Dragon, Jaina herself as the leader of the Lordaeron/Theramore survivors, her brother as the leader of Kul Tiras, and whoever they could find for Hillsbrad.

Hillsbrad would fall under Lordaeron survivors, surely?

More then likely I guess heh; but seeing as Durnholde is looking like it is getting rebuilt, sorta would like to see a zone/noble leader heh.

Wouldn't the actual noteworthy city there be Southshore, founded by Stormwind? I'm not sure if the collection of farmers actually need a leader of their own.
Southshore wasn't founded by Stormwind; that was the first locations the survivors of Stormwind went to after the razing of the city at the end of the 1st War after all.
But in the zone itself; there's Durnholde, Hillsbrad fields(you know, that town the forsaken send you to kill people in), Tarren Mill(before the Forsaken took it), and Dun Garok for the Dwarves.

Oh right, sorry. Anyways, according to the Hillsbrad registry, it was under Stormwind rule and seemed comfortable with it, until the Forsaken razed it though.

Durnholde clearly doesn't have a populace that would be loyal to the Alliance.
I though that, lorewise, the Hillsbrad Fields fell to the Forsaken attacks.
Tarren Mill and Dun Garok are both irrelevant, we're discussing humans =D.
Heh, right, but if they had an actual leader, and not just the mayors of the two towns, they could turn the zone into an actual fighting force and go against the Forsaken invaders(to their eyes), and try to take their homes back(seeing as Southshore is destroyed by a tidal wave, then the Forsaken move in after wards). That's probably why Durnholde is being rebuilt, to have a new presence for the humans in Hillsbrad itself(or it's possible the Forsaken are after it, but I didn't see any plague tanks or the new look there in the video I saw recently).

Those humans don't need their own leaders to fight the Forsaken, the Alliance will fight the entire Horde and retaking Lordaeron is certainly in the agenda of most allies.
Heh, aye, but I admit, I like the human kings/princes/nobles... when there actually honourable types; that's actually why I'm looking forward to when Kul Tiras is finally put into the game, see if Jaina's brother will support her or if he'll continue on his father's path and try to bring vengeance on the 'evil' Horde for the deaths of his brother and his father(evil from his perspective).

So, you would like an expanded human aristocracy?
Heh, well, that's more or less what the original Grand Alliance was; the Seven Kingdoms, with the addition of the High Elves and the Ironforge and Wildhammer Dwarves. I'd like to see some of the older history coming back.
